Supportive faculty / reasonably priced / great student advisors /easy to navigate curriculums / beautiful campus
I just graduated with my B.S. in English Education and B.A. in English and am ready to join the education field. Counseling is something I wanted to study, so I can learn how to be a better student advocate, how to make sure students' voices are heard, and how to provide them with everything they need to succeed. I have no quite started the program yet as it starts in the fall, but this is something I am passionate about, developing personal growth within young people.

One of the best schools hands down!
The school is very supporting and have really put a lot of time an effort into their programming. They have really taken time to be inclusive of their distance education students.
My time as a student physical therapist in East Carolina's DPT program has been wonderful so far. The professors truly care about my success and the success of my classmates. I have learned more in a year than I ever could have imagined. The resources and opportunities available to us are limitless. I could not imagine my graduate school experience being anywhere else.
East Carolina University helped me refine my research and development skills within the chemistry department. I was able to work on my own research project with excellent analytical equipment (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) as well as gain insight on my peers research with frequent seminars. I felt at home here and am sad to be leaving but confident in the skills I have learned here to help me in my future endeavors.
East Carolina University provided an extremely accepting and challenging program through the Masters of Chemistry department. I learned how to collaborate within the department as well as work with the Anthropology department on my research project. I learned how to operate high-end instruments such as the Liquid Chromatography- Mass Spectrometry analysis instrument as well as many other great analytical equipment and how to analyze the results. Beyond the data collection, I also learned how to apply this information and discuss results in a professional manner that can translate to useful skills in the professional industry.
I have completed 24 hours of graduate classes from ECU through the Cor hart program. unfortunately, the classes can't be used in the Master progam.
The best experience I look forward to is all the hands on activities. The worst part i am not looking forward to is the written work because i hate sitting for long periods of time.
ECU's LIS program has been so wonderful. It is fully online. Professors have given great feedback and have helped me grow as a student and future librarian.
The program was very informational and well rounded. I was unfortunately unable to complete the program due to personal circumstances and am attempting to return in order to continue the program.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at ECU for undergrad and am equally excited to continue for Graduate school. The transition from Blackboard to Canvas during my undergrad was seamless and only enhanced the experience. The courses were easily to manage and it made studying and submitting assignments easy.
East Carolina University is one of the leading schools in North Carolina for Elementary Education. It has helpful staff and they care about you as more than just a number filling up their class.
East Carolina Unversity has provide me with the program that build a leader out of me. East Carolina University has taught me how to juggle my time between studying and meeting deadlines. They also provide with many leadership opportunity to be a leader during group projects.
I liked the program because the professors made a personal effort to get to know us as individuals. They understood our circumstances and worked with us whenever we had hiccups along the way. They encouraged us to stay in contact with them as we progressed in our professional careers.
The program is set to help students succeed and understand theories and practices and how they are used in the real world/field.
