Bella Hadid Returns From Modeling Hiatus on the Cover of 'Perfect'
Bella Hadid is back, baby!
After a yearlong hiatus from modeling, the 27-year-old is covering Perfect's Issue Six, for Spring 2024. And according to an Instagram post, she was very involved in the project: Hadid "handpicked" the creative team, which included photographer Bryce Anderson and artist Corbin Shaw, and art-directed the whole shoot, which happened at the end of 2023.
In one image, she holds a massive print by Shaw that reads, "Absolutely nothing. Nothing at all," inspired by a photo of Debbie Harry performing in 1978 while wearing a poster from the wall outside the venue as a dress. In another, Hadid wears a T-shirt with text that Shaw scrambled from British tabloids: "Screaming in Perfect English." She was styled by Katie Grand, who's also the editor-in-chief of Perfect and a long time collaborator of Hadid's.
