Nice looking but toilet needs improvement. Bathroom is enclosed in glass. Door has no lock. Your partner can see you from the outside if they tried. Entire glass enclosing is not entirely tinted. They can smell and hear everything you do inside. This is ok for a couple who are very close already. Close like married.

Not bad but not my favorite. Good compromise price/quality. The rooms are too much noises, for example during the night you can hear the lift's bell. No laundry service. Room make up only twice a week.

This was the second time I had visit iClub Fortress Hill. My experience the first time was par so I thought I would give it another shot. Sadly my second visit will be my last.
During my four night stay. The room service was below par at best. I respect green thinking but dirty sheets need to be replace and not moved around or flipped over.
The water in the room was a disgusting brown color. I informed the front desk staff but nothing was done to fix the issue or move to a different room. There was mold on the walls due to the rooms not having air flow, as a result the room often smelt muggy and off.
This can be a great hotel for the budget person who is interested in more time outside the hotel than in, but certainly comforts needs to be address. The quality of the hotel has declined since my first visit.

A very basic hotel with convenient location. The room is small but it is probably ok for HK standard and for hotel of this range. No space to put your luggage even if i only had a small case. Although the hotel is relatively new, its room is not very well maintained, towels are old, bed was hard and even the air con is not working well. I could not adjust the temperature and it was only 1 degree warmer than during a winter night. Although I am a loyal member of this hotel but quite unlikely that I will go back to stay. 😓😓 As a matter of fact, I am shortened my stay at this hotel.

If there as an option for 3.5 out of 5 that s probably where I would have gone. Firstly they market as a four star hotel, let me be clear, this is not a four star hotel. Not even close. Even by the standards of HK where you expect small rooms, this was small. Our room was clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was very limited, machine made coffee and a few dry croissants and muffins. Ultimately you have to assess quality against price and for that reason I have gone for a 3 versus a 4. It's not bad, but really for that price you could do better. Also the lifts were painful, higher floors (we were on 33) could take forever to get up or down.

The big bed connected by 2 small beds only one socket on a corner small space and samll bathroom.Easy to find the placement out of metro station and go staight pass the trafic light on foot and go forward about 20ms, then turn left when you see the 7-11 store there is!

small room; plastic part of chair keep falling off; lousy shampoo yet not being refilled on a timely basis until I used up one night; lift very slow to reach; no sound proof as I kept hearing noises coming from upper floor and next door; and the cleaner placed the new towels with their hands in glove after cleaning the room (I was in the room that time) !!

Fortress Hill was my first time, but It was so comportable to access to metro. Especially, I liked breakfast and all new facilities. I can drink coffee 24 hours and breakfast was not so bad for me. When I was lost my way in Hongkong, I used taxi one time. Even if I just explained street name, he could carry me hotel easily.

Good location and rooms were acceptably clean & just enough room to walk around without hitting any furniture. However breakfast was really unexpectedly poor, with only juices/coffee, 4 types of horrible sandwich bread, jam, honey & butter followed by bananas/apples. The tables were long benches & so cramped together with chairs, you need to stand up to let the people pass . We skipped breakfast & go for yummy dim sum somewhere else.

Location It's not too far from Fortress Hill MTR Station (you can walk).
Room Quite small but clean and included with comfort large double bed. The shower room's wall is glass, so it's suitable for the couple than friends.
Meal No breakfast or dinner included. I had breakfast at the local shop in front of the hotel. It's good, yummy and not expensive.
