If a size or color is not listed in the drop-down menu, it is out of stock and is not currently available for purchase.

Viewing Item Availability
All items featured on our website are available for sale and ready to ship. In the unusual situation in which one item is available for sale and two customers place it in their shopping bag at the same time, one customer may receive an out of stock message at checkout.
Delivery Time = Warehouse Handling Time + Shipping Time
Warehouse Handling Time refers to the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our warehouse (usually takes 1 to 2 days).
Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take your order to ship once it has left our warehouse.

Viewing Your Order Status
You may check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Tracking page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get current information regarding your orders. Please note: order information may not appear in your order history on calvinklein.us for up to 1 hour.
When you click on Order Tracking , you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. The Your Order History page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders.
Most orders follow this sequence:

Submitted and processing: Your order has been submitted and the information you entered during checkout is being processed.

Item(s) located in stock: The items that you selected and submitted with your order are available and have been located in our warehouse.

Shipped on: 00/00/0000: The items have shipped from our warehouse to the indicated shipping destination.
After your order is shipped, the order tracking number will be displayed if the carrier offers order tracking. You can click on the order tracking number to view the delivery status of your order (a carrier may not have the ability to track a number for up to 48 hours).
All questions regarding the status of a package with an order tracking number can be directed to the carrier or by sending us a message by clicking Customer Service Department. To contact the carrier, simply click on the order tracking number. You will then be redirected to their website where more information is available.
Tracking Your Order
At our warehouse, order tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's order tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours.
Orders placed on calvinklein.us may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Order tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).
Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, Your Order History on calvinklein.us will not offer order tracking information but will still offer order status and other details. Delivery time of purchased items depends on your location and designated shipping method.

Items are only shipped during regular business days, which are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If you receive an email notifying you that your items have been shipped during a weekend or federal holiday, they will not actually be shipped until the following business day.

This tells you when we expect to ship your item from our warehouse. Once your items have left our warehouse, the shipping method you select during Checkout will determine when your order will arrive. (For example, if your items take 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse and you select "Express" shipping, it may actually take 2-3 business days for your order to arrive.) If you are not happy with an item you purchased, you may return the item for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges. An item must be returned within 45 days, unworn with tags attached, in original boxes (whenever possible), with all original components and accessories to ensure full credit. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Your package may not include a paper invoice/packing slip. Your return slip works as your receipt and packing slip. You may access your return slip by following the ‘Start A Return’ link and completing the return prompts.
In order to process your return, items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Returns must be made within 45 days of the purchase date.
As a convenience to our customers, you may also return products purchased at calvinklein.us to any Calvin Klein Retail or Company store. In order for our stores to properly process your calvinklein.us return you must present your return slip available by following the 'Start a Return' link.
To start the return process, please visit your shipping confirmation email and click 'Start a Return'. You will receive instructions to complete your return. Additionally, you will receive your pre-paid return label and return slip. There are two return options for most items:

For convenient return processing on most orders, your return slip and a pre-paid, pre-addressed label will be available to be accessed online. Your package may not include a paper invoice/packing slip. Your return slip works as your receipt and packing slip.
Pre-paid return shipping is available only for apparel and accessories product. Pre-paid return shipping is not available for Home Collection product (barware, bedding, ceramic giftware, dinnerware, flatware, frames, glass giftware, glassware and towels).
- Complete the return reason questionnaire online via the 'Start a Return' link. Once completed, you will be provided access to your pre-paid return shipping label and return slip. Remove the mailing label portion on the pre-paid shipping label and include the remainder of the return slip in the return package.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include the return slip, components and accessories. All products must be unworn / unused and tags must be attached, to ensure proper credit.

Affix the pre-paid label to the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- Send your package via US Mail by giving it to your postal carrier or dropping it at a local post office or mail drop point. No postage is required. The fixed shipping rate of $4.95 USD (effective 2/28/2022) will be deducted from your refund. You will not be charged postage until the return is processed.

If your order was paid for with a gift card, your return will be refunded using a merchandise credit. The merchandise credit will be sent to you via US postal mail. Exchanges/Defective Merchandise
If you're exchanging an item because of an error on the part of calvinklein.us or because of quality issues, calvinklein.us will pay the cost of Standard Ground shipping to send a replacement item to you.
Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 45 days of our receiving your returned product. We will cover the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

How does PayPal work?
PayPal is used to securely send payments over the internet. You can choose to pay from your PayPal account balance, a credit card, debit card, or bank account. To make a PayPal purchase, select PayPal during checkout on calvinklien.us and choose your method of payment. Your funds are transferred immediately and securely.
Afterpay is a service that allows you to shop now and pay later, always interest-free. With Afterpay, your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks.
Where can I use Afterpay?

How do I use Afterpay online?
To shop online with Afterpay, add items to your cart and select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers will need to create an Afterpay account (with instant approval decision) and returning customers will simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Please note that all items in your shopping cart must be eligible for Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
How does the payment schedule work?
You will make your first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Afterpay?

What happens if I make a partial return? How does that affect my payments?
Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new order total starting with the last payment and working backward. Note that the length of payments will never go beyond six weeks after the purchase date. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and charge the remaining amount to your third payment.

2. THE MOBILE PROGRAM& THE PREFERRED PROGRAM
We offer through the Program text messages delivered to your mobile phone. Upon submission of your initial opt in, you will receive a text message confirming your request to join the Program. Your affirmative reply to our text message will constitute your written consent to join the Program and your agreement to comply with these terms and conditions. You will then receive an opt-in confirmation text message. We will then send no more than ten marketing text messages per month.
Please note that by joining the Mobile Program, you are also joining our Preferred Program. Participants of our Preferred Program will earn one point for each dollar of a qualifying purchase (excluding taxes, shipping, and fees), pursuant to our Preferred Program Terms and Conditions, https://help.calvinklein.us/s/article/TERMS-CONDITIONS. 10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This Program, in whole and in part is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without express or implied warranties of any kind, including, without limitation, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you assume sole responsibility and risk for your use of the Program and the results and performance thereof. In no event and under no cause of action, including, without limitation, negligence, shall we, our affiliates or any of our respective officers, directors, members, employees or authorized agents, vendors or service providers (collectively, the " parties") be liable for any damages, claims, expenses, losses or liabilities (including, without limitation, direct, compensatory, incidental, indirect, special, consequential or exemplary damages), however caused and under any theory of liability, arising from or in connection with the Program and/or these Terms, even if we are advised of the possibility of such damages, claims or losses. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we shall not be liable to you or any third party for: (a) your use of or inability to use the Program; (b) any messages or the content of any messages provided to you; (c) any goods, services or information purchased, received, sold or paid for in connection with the Program; (d) disputes between you and us; (e) any inaccuracy, incompleteness or misinformation contained in any information provided through the Program; (f) unauthorized access to, or alteration or loss of, your transmissions or data, or other information that is collected, stored or sent in connection with the Program; (g) errors, system down time, network or system outages, file corruption or service interruptions; or (h) any other use by you of the Program. Your sole remedy under these Terms shall be to discontinue any use of the Program. 11. CHILDREN'S INFORMATION
Our websites, applications, and our Mobile Program are not directed to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a user is under the age of 13 and has registered without prior verifiable parental consent, we will remove their information from our files. If a parent or guardian discovers that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with information, we ask that you contact us at privacy@calvinklein.com.
12. GENERAL TERMS
(a) Notices. You agree that we may provide you with notices and other disclosures in connection with the Program by text message, postings on the website or other reasonable means of communication. For communications that we are otherwise required under applicable law to provide in a written paper format to you, you agree that we may provide such communications or records by means of electronic communications.
(b) Waiver. Our failure to exercise or enforce any provision or right contained in these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or right.
(c) Entire Agreement. The Terms (including the Privacy Policy incorporated into these Terms by reference) constitute the entire agreement between us with respect to your use of this Program.
(d) Indemnification. To the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including, without limitation, costs and reasonable legal fees, due to, in connection with or arising out of your use of the Program or arising from your breach of these Terms, including any representation or warranty set forth herein, your violation of applicable laws, or your negligence, misconduct, or violation of any rights of another person or entity.
(e) Severability. If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
(f) Disputes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Program (each a "Dispute") will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, excluding only its conflict of law provisions, and will be resolved on an individual basis, without resort to any form of class action and you expressly waive any right you may have to arbitrate a Dispute as a class action. You also expressly waive your right to a jury trial. In the event of a Dispute, you and “we”each agree to submit exclusively to confidential, binding arbitration which will be held in New York, New York. The arbitration will be administered by JAMS (http://www.jamsadr.com). You may obtain a copy of the rules of JAMS by contacting the organization. You and “we” shall agree on one arbitrator to conduct the arbitration. In the event the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, the arbitrator will be selected in accordance with the JAMS rules. Each party shall be responsible for its own attorneys', expert and other fees, unless such fees are awarded by the arbitrator to the prevailing party. The arbitrator's award is final and binding on all parties. The Federal Arbitration Act, and not any state law concerning arbitration, governs all arbitration under this clause. Any court having jurisdiction may enter judgment on the arbitrator's award. If any part of this clause, other than waivers of class action rights, is deemed or found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remainder shall remain enforceable. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, if the waiver of class action rights contained herein is not enforceable as to any person or persons, such non-enforceability shall apply to such person or persons only, and all other persons shall continue to be governed by this clause. As stated above, these terms provide that all Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration and not in court or by jury trial. IF A DISPUTE IS ARBITRATED, YOU GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER ON ANY CLASS CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST US INCLUDING ANY RIGHT TO CLASS ARBITRATION OR ANY CONSOLIDATION OF INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATIONS. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS INCLUDES GIVING UP YOUR RIGHTS TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION AS SET FORTH IN ANY STATE STATUTE.
(g) Assignment. You may not assign these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to freely assign these Terms, and the rights and obligations hereunder, in whole or in part to any affiliate or third party without notice or consent. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against you and your respective successors and assigns.
