這次去到將軍澳覓食,去了家新開的日料店,是家吃Omakase的店舖。環境裝修感覺時尚,黑色格調配木系裝修。這裡有鐵板和日料Omakase,可因喜好而選擇🙈。-▪︎晚市Omakase HKD$800/位套餐包括先付、季節壽司10貫、吸物和甜品,是個純壽司的套餐。慢慢欣賞師傅刀工吃,真的挺享受😚。-先付蟹肉春卷用天婦羅脆漿製成的春卷,口感酥脆不油膩🤤,蟹肉肉質鮮甜爽口。裡面包著紫蘇葉和紫菜,所以口感挺豐富的。-季節壽司10貫石元貝:肉質厚身有嚼感,口感嫰滑爽脆鮮甜春子鯛:用昆布醃製味道挺香,紋理分明肉質嫰滑赤貝:口感爽脆味道微咸,竹炭鹽提升了赤貝鮮味梳子魚:炙燒後味道較香口,質感嫰滑挺香油脂海松貝:口感爽脆甘甜,帶微微海水味挺鮮味der大吞拿魚腩:肉質嫰滑油份重,有入口即化的口感醬油漬中吞拿魚腩:肉質肥美,味道濃郁微咸池魚:肉質鮮甜較有咬感,加入葱感覺更香口鯖魚腩:肉質鮮味嫰滑,味道酸酸甜甜感覺開胃北海道馬糞海膽:味道濃厚甘甜,挺香回甘味-手卷中拖羅魚腩手卷面層放有海膽和魚子醬,所以賣相挺吸引的😍,海膽味道鮮甜,魚子醬帶點微咸。拖羅打成蓉肉質嫰滑,配紫蘇葉味道挺香的😚。-吸物北海道赤麵豉蜆湯這個味道挺香的,蜆湯味道鮮甜,散發著微微辣味。蜆肉肉質鮮甜爽口,裡有蘿蔔和海帶,吸入湯汁感覺挺香der。-甜品日本熊本縣西瓜在這個天氣吃冰涼的西瓜,是有種透心涼的感覺🤣。西瓜味道香甜,帶起沙的質感。- continue reading
