She is survived by : her son Samuel Smith; her parents, Rosemary Assels (Gary) and Stephen Smith (Wendy); and her siblings, Stephanie Mann, Andre Smith (Leslye), Stefanie Dimarco (Tony), Kevin Kubica (Stephanie) and Angela Jackmann (Mick). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
