Came to visit the café and was not disappointed. It is here where I discovered how large a croissant could be- I never expected to be full from having one (I strongly recommend having the almond croissant!). The English Breakfast tea is also amazing- far better than the nearby M&S café! In an area with such hard water, I was impressed to see tea which had no chalk limescale whatsoever, and thus was pleasant to drink. The size of the cups give the Sports Direct mugs a run for their money- it is huge! You also get a second cup out of the teacup, therefore meaning lots and lots of tea! The seats are soft, comfortable and relaxing - especially when you suffer from a back condition! (The sofas are especially pleasant).

The staff were quick to attend and take us to a table, and yet again were quick to take and give our order. They regularly checked in and ensured we were okay and were all friendly.

The architecture of the cafe is splendid, with lots of natural light let in (while maintaining the beauty of the main building) and overall adds to the charm of the place.

The only issue I had was with the toilets - while clean, the combined sink/hand dryer unit was a bit of a nightmare to use!

    I look forward to returning.

Quick day out. Saw this and wanted to go. 5 minutes chat was good. 2 floors full things to look at. Could been a longer look round with more to offer and slightly lower price

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest hospitality. Mel, our server during lunch, was nothing short of incredible. Her attentive service and engaging personality won over the kids, who simply adored her!

The mini golf experience itself was a blast. The course was well-designed, offering just the right balance of challenge and fun, making it enjoyable for all ages. It’s not every day you find an activity that the whole family can participate in and genuinely enjoy, but this was definitely one of those rare occasions.

We left with full bellies, great memories, and plans to return soon. A big thank you to Mel and the rest of the staff for making our visit so special!

As the title of my review says - have a wander. It's not the most exciting area of London but does have some nice eating places and shops. Not a lot, though, unless I went down the wrong streets.

We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Lovely apartment, nice beds, close to everything.

You live in the middle of the city so some sounds were expected. Close to Hyde Park for some running.

Some smell from the apartment, don’t know what but it wasn’t enough to complain about.

The only thing that was bad (for us) was that we arrived at 11 and check in was at 15 and we wish we could dump our bags att the place so we could enjoy the hours in London without the baggage.

But…we will happy to come back to St.Christophers Place some day.

Attended Rick Wakeman concert. Easy to find and convenient location; lovely hall; comfortable seats; pretty clear view; good toilet facilities; very nice staff. All in all a great evening. with a superb concert.
Would be happy to return again.

I love the food hall! I love the patisseries and they are always so delicious! However, I bought 5 desserts and after I got home, about 2 hours later, only 4 were in the box. Quite annoying considering they are quite expensive, despite the missing item was the cheapest. For a high end department store you expect better and it wasn't even busy. Next time I will be more attentive and check my bag before leaving but that shouldn't be my job!

Particularly 221b Baker Street, the home of the literary character Sherlock Holmes.
Street is also home to The London Beatles Store (next door) and a number of significant buildings.
For me the Street is associated with the 1980's Gerry Rafferty hit of the same name.
    Worth a wander.

Absolutely great! What a find! Free and very interesting. Packed full of arms and millitaria but also fascinating paintings, ceramics and beautiful rooms to admire. Really enjoyed looking around this place. So glad we came.

Went to the iconic Daunt Books location. It's as picturesque as the internet has made it seem. However, it's got a smaller stock than I expected. It's amazing for travel books, but other genres are smaller in variety. Also got one of their iconic tote bags which made me really happy. Would recommend going once for the vibes, but I think I enjoyed Hatchards, Foyles, and Waterstones more just for the bigger variety. Definitely, the right spot if you're in the neighbourhood though, or looking for travel books, apparently they can order you things too if need be.

What a beautiful, engaging and uplifting experience for the 5 hours we spent with Giancarlo in his cooking class in Bray. We cooked as a class of 7 some lovely dishes - hot rice fritters, fettuccine all Amatriana (and hand made the pasta ourselves), saltimbocca (now I know how to get the authentic taste), and a ricotta desert which we then ate together in the restaurant for lunch. But so much more than a cooking class, Giancarlo shared his passion for authentic, slow Italian cuisine from his childhood, taught us and entertained us on this wholly authentic experience. Highly recommended.

The restaurant was OUTSTANDING - very friendly and food was superb - don’t hesitate - go to the restaurant - it’s completely separate from the casino

This beautiful church is squished in, but a revelation. I was almost the only visitor on a Friday afternoon. It’s a wonderful retreat from the hedonism of Marylebone to reflect.

There are so many really bad unfair casinos. This is not one of them. I have gambled around the world, mainly playing blackjack. Some casinos cheat like hell. Not this particular branch. I have been to some Grosvenor Casino branches that are absolute rubbish with the worst and most impossible cards and outcomes. Again, this one on Edgware Road is OK. They have a fantastic mix of dealers of ALL ethnicities, which is so refreshing to see. I strongly recommend this casino. NB. There are no guarantees on winning, but I feel it is one of the more fair casinos
