Complained on my way out, and they told I should have come to the exit and let them know(?). If I did that, I would just leave. An unusually large number of dodgy characters. Unfortunately, the interior of the casino still looks like the former Isle of Capri which I am not a fan of. It just looks kind of dirty and dumpy. Bally's is very promotion oriented with free play offers, gifts, and numerous contests and drawings. My only gripe is that it seems the slot machines are not very entertaining and fun to play here anymore like they used to be when this was the Isle of Capri. I never win anything with my free play credits. I have never left Bally's Casino as a winner. In my recent experience here, the slot machines seem tighter than the other KC area casinos My advice is to choose another casino if you want a better chance to leave a winner. Choose another casino as well if you are interested in dining at a casino. I just do not care for Chickies and Pete's Sports Bar.Visited March 2024Traveled with familyWritten March 5, 2024

be careful at this casino was joking around with slot attendant because the machine froze up and stole my $.27 security (BEN) came over as we continued to joke around with him . Did not appreciate it. Within minutes Ryan head of security escorted us out of the casino. What a joke you guys should be embarrassed the way you run your security team to stick up for a slot attendant who obviously was having a bad day and disrespected myself and my friend. Unacceptable. Unacceptable. Unacceptable.

I used to hit 1-2 jackpot a year, When the casino used to be called “Isle of Capri.”
Now, I barely get anything for my money, since it switched to new owners. I don’t recommend this casino for anyone that’s at least trying to have fun with there money. This casino just takes, takes, takes!!

Poor slow service. Not nearly enough help. We stopped and my wife couldn't find her card, so got in line for one. Not enough help and served only high rollers first and we decided we didn't want to wait 20 more minutes for service. Harrah's, Argosy, and Ameristar casinos nearby had more, quicker and better service. Suggest going to others if you don't want to waste your time waiting for service.

Went on Thursday late afternoon/evening. Someone must’ve been watching my daughter win. She had a Roo holding wallet/credit cards . Someone had pick pocketed her. Was getting texts from credit card company informing her of someone trying to get cash with credit card at Ballys ATM. That’s when she realized everything was missing from her Roo. She went to security and they informed here there was nothing they could do (they aren’t allowed to look back at video footage) The person who stole information took a Lyft from casino on her credit card. Lyft wouldn’t inform her where they had dropped that person off.

I'm not going to keep spending money in a place to keep getting disrespected.Most of the staff there are amazing and some are just there. As far as the rewards go with using your card and going by the amount you spend. Ive spent quite a bit and can never get over $20 for bonus play. To make a long story short, I just dont go anymore and if I do maybe once out of a month "thats a strong maybe"

Go almost every other day. Lowest advertised Payout I ever saw. 82.6% hardly ever leaves with anything other than empty pockets and headache. 1 beverage machine, works 20% time. Never get waitress. VIP room is reservations ONLY. Food expensive. One restaurant. Rarely ever get a HOST to work.

Spent 30 minutes there and exited right after. Most restaurants closed - the casino has newer machines but is really, really depressing. Small window but saw no one really winning anything

The best Casino in Kansas City. Long tenure staff. Caring and welcoming all of the time. Great Slot games. There is something for everyone here. You have to visit the whole weekend. You want regret it. NO Hotel yet but it in the works. No shoulder to Shoulder crowds either. Just the perfect Mid-size Casino. Your going to have a great time.

Garbage. This is the worst place in the Midwest to gamble. The slots are mostly a joke. Low payouts or nothing. Slow lagging reels.Mostly nothing. I once played 3 high limit machines that I literally hit $20 once 99 spins absolutely nothing.
If you need guest services your in for a real treat. Mostly rude or mentally challenged zombies. Unfortunately your odds are even lower than the low % payouts of getting any help.
I’m not basing this off of one experience. I am a member for one reason. To take my elderly mother occasionally. I have witnessed in over 50 visits, a handful of big payouts. I myself have won and lost at all casinos. This place I’ve literally lost over 5k.
I’d tell you good luck, but honestly you could have a horseshoe shoved up your rear and still luck won’t overcome the odds that this place stacks against you.

I have gone in Isle at least twice a week for the last three years. Additionally I have also gone a lot since it used to be Flamingo. I like the slots and the table games staff. They have very limited table games but the floors and dealers are friendly. I haven't played blackjack since Covid because they increased the minimums but I have definitely played slots. For some reason in October I received no free play for the first time ever. I continued to play for the month and it seemed like the machines were a lot tighter and I was down $700 for the month..... and then no free play! Again!!!!........ for November and was told my account had been looked up and I played and lost an average of $3 a visit.....Lol...my pocketbook says I have lost a heck of a lot more as well as a $490 drop my last trip in there....I always put the card in........this is my go to place but not anymore. They really don't have much to eat, the bar staff seems limited to serve drinks to people, and there are a lot of people just sitting around not really playing which kind of gives it a train station lobby feel. Other Casinos in KC are nicer but I have just always gone here but not anymore.
