The airline is growing, So is the number of vacancies. Hiring process is in several steps. First, you sent them a video interview. After that , they fly you over to Denver to a “ day of interview”. The process is very well organized and takes place at a nice hotel. Everything seems very clear and satisfactory for you looking for the job. On the other hand, (here comes my negative point of view), you are interviewed by a number of “experienced flight attendants “. There is a system where is very competitive. I really think that everything is very well planned. MY ONLY NEGATIVE INPUT IS THAT YOU ARE INTERVIEWED BY FA’s NOT EVEN ONE PERSON FROM HR OR PSYCHOLOGIST OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. You end up being interviewed and chosen by Flight attendants ) “ experiences” FAs I really think that this is a mistake To better understand your candidates, you need to do it professionally by HR people. Theory’s negative point is that they don’t pay for training. They confine you on a small town in the middle of nowhere for almost a month paying for lodging (shared rooms) , breakfast and lunch and you have to be there for 3,5 weeks. I really think they need to te-think this whole process and engaging a Human Resources to take care of the hiring process. What does a FA know about hiring or the ins and outs of the complex human been to be working for such a great and growing company. Thanks

One year after the application was completed online. About three months for one-on-one interviews. And lastly, Company offers to hire for five weeks of training DEN and then three days to get to the new base assignment. Reserve schedule may last from two months to five years depending on the growth of the base you are assigned. It's all about seniority.
