Since its grand opening in November 2017, Gordon Ramsay Steak has quickly become a staple in Baltimore's fine-dining restaurant scene.     Food was good but a bit salty for my taste. Service was EXCELLENT. The staff overall were very professional and helpful. The manager visited our table to see how everything was going at the beginning of the meal; we appreciated that. One of my restaurant pet peeves is not being informed that there is an upcharge when substituting a starch item from the meal. My daughters both subbed mash potatoes for another potato item (fries and baked potato). The fries were a straight switch but the baked potato was $14!!! I would ABSOLUTELY NOT have allowed my daughter to switch if I knew that! Servers should always share that information with customers!! Ambience overall was nice while the live guitar was playing. Unfortunately once that stopped they had two completely different music sources playing at the same time over each other which created an awful grating music sound. Definitely overpriced but I’m not a foodie so don’t really appreciate paying big bucks for “food”. But it was a special meal for my wife on Mother’s Day so I bit the bullet and did it. She loves food so was happy to pay for her steak. Overall it was a nice “fancy” dining experience but not perfect and when you’re paying well over $300 I expect a little more transparency!

    Best steak I’ve ever had (american wagyu delmonico)! Pork belly app was perfect. And sticky toffee pudding was a delight. Service was friendly and efficient.

    The service was great, the food was just ok. We got the Wellington and it was small. We ordered the sticky toffee, but it was burnt and the ice cream was rubbery. It was my mom‘s first trip so she appreciated it, but I had eaten at a different Gordon Ramsay restaurant and the food was much better there. Our server was wonderful and the rest of the staff that worked there was all very nice

    Husband and I came on Saturday night for my 31dt bday. We got the pork belly and risotto to start, then he got the Wellington and I got the 8oz wagyu fillet. The food was incredible and our server, Mizan, was a delight. Definitely recommend Gordon Ramsay steak for any special occasion.

    Everything was good except I ordered the pork chop and it was dry. The waitress immediately asked me if I wanted something else. My party had already had their entrees so I did not want to do that. She brought out more of the sauce that came with it so I dunked the pieces into it. Made it a bit better. I think if the kitchen would not have sliced the chop before bringing it out to me it might have retained more of its moisture.

    The staff was extremely professional and polite. I took my 3 children (8,9,11) and they loved the food and were treated respectfully as well. The Beef Wellington was cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend unless your kids are picky eaters.

    Absolutely wonderful experience!! Of course it's pricey but well worth it. Miles gave excellent service and very courteous and well spoken. Even the GM came around to make sure we were good and engaged in conversation. Highly Highly recommend if your in the area.

    Well we have been to several other of Ramsey establishments and this should not be included. Service was extremely poor, forgot items, waiter never brought drinks after asking 3 times, ordered medium rare and received well done, among several other misses. In fairness, our assistant waiter was great and doing his best but followed the command of waiter until he had enough as well and went for the manager. Yo pay $250 per person, this was a huge disappointment for the four of us.

    I have been to many Gordon Ramsey properties. The quality of food was on par with the others that I have experienced. There was no corner cut with the food which I was impressed with given the location of this restaraunt.

    One of our favorite date night locations. The Wellington is a must try. Steaks are done just right. The truffle fries are obscenely good. We've consistently been happy with the service. Worth the price paid.

    Steak wasn’t prepared properly, asked to be redone and they just reheated the original steak. It didn’t taste good at all after being reheated. Manager and staff were nice about it, however it ruined the evening and I lost my appetite.

    Unfortunately, the kitchen had a ROUGH night on entrees and sides. The appetizers were excellent though and the service was superb. Our waitress Laurie (possibly Lauren, apologies!) was fantastic. She was attentive and proactive at all times. The entrees are the reason for the low grade here. I ordered the beef wellington which came WELL done. The waitress noticed and attempted to rectify it, but had to come out and say that NONE of the wellingtons were up to standards that night. She offered a filet as a substitute, which was ok with me and I asked for medium rare. The filet was delivered by the chef only to be raw in the middle. My wife ordered the chicken breast which was tasty, but super dry. We tried the mac & cheese, but was very sour and the truffle fries came out cold. The manager, Brent was apologetic and took care of us without an issue. Would I go back? Probably not, but its certainly not because of the staff.

    The restaurant staff were all very welcoming and the wait service was impeccable. We really enjoyed the dry-aged beef (filet and rib-eye), which were seasoned and cooked perfectly, and the salmon. Save room for the sticky toffee pudding - it is amazing!

    My wife and I were really looking forward to return to Ramsay Steak house as our first experience was amazing. However, this trip was no where near that. Service was SLOW, so very slow and the food was bland, I want to ask the server if they needed the salt and pepper from our table as there clearly was none in the kitchen. Dinner for two at $251 dollars, I don't have a single problem with it if the service is on par and the food is good. We drove and hour and a half from Northern Virginia for a complete let down and I don't know that we will be back.

    From the moment we walked up to the reservation counter we had an experience that exceeded our expectations. Our waiter (along with other staff) were to tentative and provided excellent customer service. The food was outstanding, the drinks were delicious and the environment was beautiful. We haven’t stopped telling everyone about our experience! Highly recommend!

    My wife and I came here for Valentine's Day. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We got a crab cake for an appetizer and it was probably one of the best I've had. Entrées is where it got bad. I got the beef wellington and the pastry was more on the raw side toward the meat and the meat was overcooked to the point the edges were almost grey. My wife got the lamb and it was completely raw. So they took it back but now I'm sitting there with my wellington that's getting colder while I wait for hers to get researed. The wine was ok and the dessert was really good. The live puano player was really good but didnt play the whole time so when he stopped the music got sketchy and seemed like they couldnt figure out how to transition. Because of how terrible the Entrées were it really killed the experience that me and my wife expected from a Gordon Ramsey restaurant.

    We were greeted by the General Manager which was great. Our waiter Carmaine was fantastic! While the food tasted wonderful, the Valentines premenu was a bit pricey $150 pp. When adding 1 drink each and 1 appetizer, you at $500 including tip. However, overall it was a wonderful night.

    It was our first time at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. We don’t usually splurge this much on dinner, but it exceeded our expectations and was worth it by far! It was the best food we’ve ever had; they made my husband feel special (we were celebrating his birthday); and it was still filling despite being beautifully plated (not always the case, I feel like!). In the past when we’ve splurged on a meal, we haven’t felt the need to go back, but we definitely want to come again for a future special event! We got the beef Wellington, sea bass, baked potato, Brussels sprouts, and the toffee dessert. 10/10 recommend it all!
