Palisades Park Junior/Senior High School Reviews
Rating 3.49 out of 5 75 reviews
At Palisades Park Junior/Senior High School, I received a good education but lacked the high school experience. The school is small, cramped, and lacks the facilities that other schools offer. Clubs and activities are varied but are not led efficiently by the staff and students. In addition, it did not have an official field for playing sports such as soccer and football.
Palisades Park's school districts are insane. Every school has VERY low budgets, to the point there are not enough seats for a class and the lights in the hallways break. There have also been many incidents with the sewers.
Almost nobody here is serious about their academics. Everyone plays around and there is a lot of violence here. Many kids who are actually determined for a good future go to private schools or apply to other highschools.
I don't recommend sending your child here, unless they really do not care about their future.

Palisades Park Jr/Sr high school has allowed me to experience the school's wonders and great works. It allowed me to make new friends, participate in many school activities, and also provided me with the help that I needed. Although this school is nothing compared to the schools in the bigger towns, and our lunch might not be as good, I still enjoy going to this school because of the wonderful memories I've made here. It could definitely use the fixing of the ceilings, bathrooms, walls, etc, our school doesn't miss in proving our school spirit.
