    We had a great time, having chosen to book after a great experience when we came to London last summer. We were delighted with our seating in a booth, the children enjoyed their food and the free gift. Adult meals were tasty but there was a markedly smaller menu to choose from when compared to last time. The service was excellent and everyone was friendly, attentive with excellent soft customer service skills which is not something often found in modern hospitality venues. The toilets were immaculate and clearly well maintained cosmetically too. We won’t hesitate to book to return in future. Thank you to the team. Also thanks for the candle in the dessert and the birthday song for my surprised husband!

    Everything about it was excellent. Staff were excellent and the food was top class. Was a bit noisy due to the amount of birthday singing the staff were doing Ha Ha. Will definitely go there again when I'm back in London

    I went to Hard Rock Piccadilly Circus London with my Son on 11/05/24. We and ordered the salmon and mushroom burger and both were delicious! I accidentally split his drink and the waiter instantly replaced it and clean it up for us which was great. We ordered the cheesecake too which was really tasty! We enjoyed looking around the restaurant at the memorabilia and found it really interesting. We then went to the store and bought a magnet for the fridge and a bandana for him to wear at his music gig for College a few days later! Thanks!

    Brilliant service! Our server was so attentive and was extremely helpful in ensuring we had our meal comfortably before we went to the theatre, without it being rushed! The meal and drinks were excellent and great value for money. My friends had never been before, and were extremely impressed with all of it!!

    I am a loyal customer of HRC for a lot of years. When we were greeted by a host who was completely lost ,he told us that the restaurant is fully booked and there were no tables available.I asked him if we could wait and add our names to a list and he said no.To my surprise when I checked online in front of him there were tables available on OpenTable.His manager came and she was trying to tell me that these tables are overbooked.When I said that I will contact OpenTable ,somehow they managed to find a table for us and told us to go downstairs.When we went downstairs they said that they wanted me to book the table through OpenTable IN FRONT OF THEM.Laughable really.It was the last time I am going to this restaurant,my friends were tourists and visiting London but I live here,it is disgusting to treat people like that because you think they are tourists and they are not coming back.I will share this feedback with HRC too as I am a member .

    Awesome restaurant, immaculate and really fast service, hot food. Kid's menu was amazing value and the burger was really well cooked and made for kids. The desserts were huge! Only niggles are price of food and drink for adults, it is over-priced but you do expect that when you go there, and that they seated us right next to the toilets despite lots of nice booths and other tables available, and we did book a month ago so we weren't a last minute drop in

    We went for breakfast and had a very friendly welcome. Brianna was our server and she was lovely and friendly. Food was great, first time having breakfast at Hard Rock. It was also nice to have the place fairly quiet, before it gets busy. Lots of cool memorabilia as always. Highly recommended
