I came for brunch with a party of 6. The food was amazing definitely the best part. The service was subpar, the waitress hardly came back to check on our table. Not sure if this was because we had a party of 6 and tip was already included or if this was the norm but definitely felt forgotten about. Would still recommend just for the food.

Food was okay. Service was sub par. There were 10 of us & my food came so late that everyone was already done eating & I only ordered pancakes. You can hear the workers yelling & arguing in the kitchen while in bathroom. Pretty unprofessional. Won’t go back.

Simply put, AMAZING!!! From the second we walked in, we were greeted in such a warm way. I believe her name was Goldie. She escorted us to our table with a nice welcome and gave some insight on events that take place. We were then attended by a gentleman named Alex. From recommendations on drinks, to his personal favorite dish! (Which my wife tried and loved it). Alex checked in on us occasionally to make sure everything was ok. This was our first time going to CZEN but won’t be our last. Beautiful atmosphere, great drinks, excellent food, and amazing service!!!! How can you go wrong.

Went there on a first Friday apparently- big mistake. At a certain point a lot of the tables are removed from the front dining room in an attempt to make it a club scene, I guess. Men just stood around, some in sweatsuits while my date and I ate. And there was very loud chatter. Not the kind of ambiance we were looking for at all. Tables in the front are closely positioned together and just too close for comfort. We could hear everyone’s conversation to the right and left of it. Just felt lame that night. Food was good and service was good. Drinks were ok.

If you looking for something different this is the spot. I had the thai fish and it was unbelievable. It was good. The drinks are pretty good also. The service was just a little slow.

Finding a Jamaican infused restaurant in New Jersey was definitely a surprise for me. The Czen Bowl with fried rice and jerk shrimp was to die for! The Czen Passion Shrimp was just as amazing. Good drinks, good vibes and good food - can’t ask for anything better!
