We traveled to Kinsman with friends for a meal at Peter Allen Inn based on the recommendations of associates at work. We were not disappointed. We ate in the tavern area, a rustic butmwarm area on the lower level. We were there on a Saturday which meant half-price wine from their extensive collection. Appetizers were excellent, we had a flat bread with a spinach artichoke cheese dip with balsamic drizzle and hot peppers. Meals had a great presentation and were absolutely delicious. We will be returning often to this wonderful venue.

A very peaceful environment to unwind and refresh. Attention to every detail - beautiful guest rooms (with fireplaces), scenic surroundings, with a variety of meal and beverage options. Engaged and polite staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

PAI was our venue for our wedding this past weekend. The staff was amazing and the food was delicious. Leslie and Kari were so helpful even when things didn't go as planned (as is to be expected with weddings). The grounds are gorgeous and the rooms are spotless and beautiful. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. I am so thankful we choose PAI for such wonderful memories!

We had our wedding outside in the garden area and used the tavern and patio area for our reception. It was absolutely beautiful and the service we received was excellent. We had great communication with Leslie about the planning and set up with everything and even up until the morning of the event, we were talking with Leslie and working to find the best solution for questionable weather. The attention to detail in the building and surrounding grounds is top notch. The food has been fantastic every time we have eaten there and was as well for our reception. The only hiccup was the delivery of food which took a bit longer than expected for certain dishes but this was minor compared to everything else. Would recommend this place to anyone for dinner, drinks or for a special event.

From a historical perspective, this place takes top honors with careful restoration and renovation, and a long history. It was a wonderful place to reconnect with old friends, enjoy a delicious lunch, all in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Don't let it's slightly off the beaten track location deter you! It's well worth the drive through the beautiful countryside. You'll find a beautiful and unique venue whatever your needs, delicious food prepared with care and flare, as is everything at the Inn! Treat yourself. :)

We were here for my wife's 50th class reunion, along with 50+ others. There was also a wedding reception and other people who just came for dinner, so they were quite busy. My wife had the chicken option said it was tasty. I had the Salisbury steak, which didn't come until several minutes after the chicken dinners. While the accompanying green beans and potatoes were hot and good, the meat was cold. Several others had the same issue, so the staff quickly replaced the meals within a couple minutes and they were all good and hot this time. A lovely venue.

A great inn ,expanding its footprint ,w/more rooms under construction . Friday nite dinner was 5 star ,start to finish ,very elaghant dining , very great taste in the dining room decorating . Our dinner , made for very pleasant evening. Both of or dinners were excellant , with great service & attention to detail. Out side dining is also available ,as we proceeded there after for great music .

The staff at the Inn was so wonderful and accommodating. The room was amazing and the food was just a good as the atmosphere. They had a dinner theater show going on outside that we were able to attend and it was very nice. Menu was authentic to the period of the show. Very creative. Highly recommend this place for a getaway or just for a meal. I cant wait to tell my daughter about it for a possible wedding venue!

We booked a fantastic room for the night & had a great dinner at the inn restaurant. Celeste, our waitress, was great & even brought our dessert up to our room because we were a little too full to eat it just then. Kari was our innkeeper who had everything ready in our room and was very helpful throughout our stay. All the staff we dealt with were great, you knew they were there, but nobody was hovering over us. The food was great, both dinner and breakfast, compliments to the chef. Our room was laid out & decorated nicely, top notch. We will definitely stay again

The Peter Allen Inn is really beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Kari, the innkeeper, was wonderful--very pleasant and helpful--from reserving the Peter Allen room to taking us on a tour of the inn, explaining procedures, and serving a delicious breakfast. The inn has been renovated and furnished with quality in mind. Our room and bathroom were quite comfortable and attractive--even plush robes...and very quiet, which helped us relax and enjoy a wonderful night's rest. Also, the grounds are lovely with interesting plantings and an herb garden, providing a pleasant walk. We ate outside on the beautiful patio that has ample seating and tables with umbrellas and gas fire pits. Our server was efficient and very friendly, and we enjoyed our dinners. We definitely want to return to The Peter Allen Inn for another perfect getaway!
