He's obsessed with tights

Your boyfriend has a fetish for tights. This simply means that he finds it difficult to become aroused without the use of tights in sex somewhere.

Usually, a fetish like this has its roots in early sexual or sensual feelings. Sometimes the link between the fetish object (in your case, tights) and sex goes as far back as to childhood, although it may not come to the surface until well into adulthood.

Other famous fetish objects are high-heeled shoes, rubber and leather and silky materials. Having said all this, I can see how his constant need for tights during sex restricts what you do together and is probably boring.

Try a deal with him. Suggest you or he can wear tights for every alternate lovemaking session, using the 'tightless' sex to explore other ways of arousing each other.

Be prepared for him to find sex without tights rather difficult at first. This is because he has become so used to wearing them, or making love with you wearing them, that he may feel awkward or uncomfortable about doing it any other way. But after a few weeks I think he will find it easier.
