Mark R. Keller, Sr., 72, of Littlestown, PA died Monday morning, February 19, 2024 at his home.
Born January 7, 1952 in Reading, PA he was the son of the late Raoul Keller and Betty Jane (Gotchall) Harding. He was the husband of Constance “Connie” (Linard) Keller of Littlestown, PA to whom he was married to for 45 years.
Mr. Keller was a 1969 graduate of Franklin High School in Reisterstown, MD. He was the owner and operator of Mark R. Keller Plumbing and Heating, Inc. for 42 years. He loved plumbing and appreciated the people he worked with on the job sites.
Mark would often say, “Enjoy what you are doing and you’ll never work a day in your life.”He was partner and elder at Intersection Church, Gettysburg and had a passion in bringing people closer to Jesus. He loved singing and worshiping the Lord and used his guitar and voice to lead many congregations in praise and worship.
In addition to his wife, Mark is survived by his four children, Mark R. Keller, Jr. (Renee) of Fairfield, PA, David M. Keller (Jaime) of Taneytown, MD, Cori L. Herbert (Jeremiah) of Littlestown, PA, Jennifer L. Punchard (Mark), of Orrtanna, PA, 13 grandchildren, Taylor Keller, Kennedy Corliss (Brad), Karter Keller, Ashley McBeth (Jordan), Logan Keller (Morgan), Brady Keller, Samuel Herbert, Zion Herbert, Abbey Punchard, Alaina Punchard, Autumn Punchard, Lyric Punchard, Micah Punchard, four great grandchildren, Rylee Viersma, Declan Corliss, Blaise McBeth, Sage McBeth, also “Pap” was excited for the arrival of his fifth great grandchild, as Logan and Morgan are expecting a little one soon. He is also survived by his brother, Gregory Keller, his sister, Lisa Harding (Rick), and his nephew, Jonathan Hugendubler.
Funeral services for Mark will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Intersection Church, 1980 Baltimore Pike, Gettysburg, PA with his son-in-laws Rev. Jeremiah Herbert and Pastor Mark Punchard officiating.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM until the start of the service Saturday morning at the church.
Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover, PA. The Monahan Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements and online condolences may be made at monahanfuneralhome.com.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Adams Rescue Mission, 2515 York Rd., Gettysburg, PA 17325.
