I arrived at Luxury Inn in Karachi to…

I arrived at Luxury Inn in Karachi to find out that my reservation at this place was not there. Although, the hotel personal has accommodated me, they are sorting this out with Cheapoair with whom, they say, that they have not received any confirmation, even though I’ve paid for the flight and hotel package deal which has been taken out from my credit card. Please contact Luxury Inn, Karachi to get this sorted out, otherwise they will insist that I pay for my 8 nights day again before I leave

First time booking on your site.

First time booking on your site. Definitely will book with you again. I was a little nervous at first when I could not pick a seat. I called your customer service she assured me that I would definitely have a seat. Just had to wait for the airlines to open up the seats. Two weeks went by I looked at my reservation on the airline site and they had booked us in a seat. Thank you for the great experience.

Conveniently useless

The lack of empathy when a flight is lost because there is no online checkin possible with the connections they make unless you book with the airline directly.

Flight seats were overbooked and the airline does not respond if you use a third party and my third party aka CheapOair was useless.

Not that it is expected that they will be able to do anything about your situation but the responses they give… they can drive a person continents away from home crazy.

No empathy at all.

I need my child added to a current…

I need my child added to a current flight plan that I had created months before. They were not only able to do this but also made and exact copy of my choices I made for my itinerary. I was able to at the last minute cancel with their insurance plan I had on file with no issues. Thank you for all of your help!

Cheapest tickets every time all the…

Cheapest tickets every time all the time couldn’t be happier with this company. I do slot of last minute travel for work and quite often I select the wrong return/departure date and they always assist me in changing to the right dates.

The lady I talked with was very helpful, even thought what I was asking for was somewhat complicated she was very patient. She spent at least an hour giving me the information I needed to make a decision. Would definitely use them again.

You didn’t check your records.This confirmation was cancel by Frontier almost 1,5 months ago and I already chat with you agent and she couldn’t found my reservation but you still send me some massages. It is unprofessional and?

Your representative call me yesterday…

Your representative call me yesterday to find out what he could do for me after I explained previously that my visa going to Thailand would expire before my return flight back to the United States on November 25. He was very courteous and asked me if I wanted to cancel my flight. I said no, but he tried to look for better situation for me for my return flight. Unfortunately, it was a little too expensive.

Bought 2 tickets

Bought 2 tickets . Daughter can’t go , no partial refund , no changing of name so someone else can go , between the ticket and luggage , costs more than just using a regular airline . No at all satisfied with this app . By by CheapOair air

Cheapoair is the booking engine we are not the airline and the airline determines the fare rules regarding name changes (which you haven't been able to do in over 20 years) and you booked a non refundable ticket. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

Cheapoair agent Blaze

Our agent Blaze, was extremely helpful. The airline made a significant change to a multi leg flight that was not possible to make. Blaze was kind and efficient in finding an alternate flight that put us back on schedule. I greatly appreciated his efforts and his support!

Speed, efficiency, " fool- proof", you guys are the greatest! & I have traveled five Continents for more than 55 years! & have been a " frequent flyer" with United Airlines for the majority of those, but they NO longer compare to you!!!

Worst Platform Ever!!! Do Not Book With Them!!

You should have a negative rating for poor company like this. They are horrible, you will find a good priced ticket, you will pay, deducted on your account then suddenly an email coming to you saying your payment is declined!!! A Debit card used that was funded got declined??? After that they will tell you that they have a specialized team to deal with it and they will offer you different date and booking for additional fee etc. etc. You lost the time and has lost an opportunity to book earlier and save because your fund has been taken already and you dont have a chance to book on another platform because you need to dispute the previous transaction with them!!! This is Bogus!!!!
