I don't know how many versions there are of this, but I know of about 3.
They are the same barcode, cat number, but the tracks are 'shuffled' and omit certain tracks completely, but include others.
Seems like the company couldn't make up their mind what should be on there! - I think track 6 "Freak Beat", it's from 1967, not from 1962 when nobody knows about this term (freakbeat), lately become a musical genre.
