Can't recover password using phone

Sign-in is blocked

You’ve tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password.

Sign-in with ...@outlook.com is blocked for one of these reasons:

Someone entered the wrong password too many times.

If you signed up for this account through an organisation, you might not be able to use it yet.

so bascially i paniceed adnasdsad

and type the wrong password too many times and i got locked out and when i try to recover password using my phone

it says inavlid method or something

so am making this fourm to ask how long does does this blocked last,?

If your account was set up by an organisation: the administrator of the organisation has the authority to lock users out of resetting their passwords, in which case you may not be able to reset your password through the same steps as you would for a personal Microsoft account by sending and receiving a verification code on your mobile phone. You will need to contact your organisation's administrator to assist you in resetting your password.
