I was very impressed with the choice of local shopping and restaurants (and The Cheesecake Factory which is my favourite chain restaurant in US). It contains a film about the history of the area as well as a few comprehensive exhibits. The staff I encountered were extremely friendly. - Meander74421813 contributionsFirst visit since Park & Ocean closed. We did rent umbrella and chairs. The chairs were an upgrade from before but the umbrella was terrible. Very small and flimsy… need to invest in better umbrellas if you are going to charge for them. The beach area is nice and clean. Bathrooms clean. Cold water available. Favorite place to eat while we were there was Coconuts! Fantastic food! The people watching is good, the dog watching is better, and the yacht watching is amazing.
This goes for quite a distance so it really doesn't matter where you stop and start. The bridges provide crossover opportunities as long as the drawbridge is not up.

The terminal was functional and the staff were nice. We were on board in 30 minutes. We even asked the attendant if it was OK to park there and he said sure. Boy, we were so mad when we saw the ticket.
