I've been listening to Sparklehorse pretty much solidly since I heard the sad news that Mark Linkous had passed away.  They've been an important band for me since I discovered them in about 1997, and over the years I've collected together most of the things they released.  Mark's death has spurred me to make a compilation so that more of his songs can be more easily heard.

Only started to listen to his music after reading into his life after the news of his passing. Get me, the lazy fanboy. This music has the same sweet, endearing qualities of some of the more introspective material from eels. In a very sad mood now but it's all good because this music is really very nice.
