Outstanding museum. Each section was decorated in reflection of each event that was discussed. There was much auditory and interactive substance to it all.

The building was very nice to look at. Very old buildings. Decorated up nice. The area could use a very good cleaning. And new orleans really needs to do something with all the homeless people in there town

A gorgeous park that has stunning trees, long benches, and places to take photos. It is located right in the heart of the action and close to carriage rides, restaurants, and the water.

Frenchmen Street was a more laid back ground. Lots of jazz & R&B bands. No cover but a drink minimum at most places. They had a night market & it was very lively. It’s different from Bourbon.

Stunning residential community. It is a residential community, so be respectful.
Also, go in with a plan. Being that it's a neighborhood, houses and parks worth seeing are spread out and you could find yourself wandering about.

Definitely worth the visit. So different from the grunge and hustle of the French quarter.

I was pretty excited to see this. We had attempted to go for a few days during our trip but they had Mass and other things going on. When we finally made it on a open for visiting day I was happy. The inside is amazing and the history behind this cathedral is also amazing.

This is a great place if you are visiting New Orleans. While the city center itself caters to a variety of food and music, here is where you can taka nice leisurely walk and see a few museums-that are all of very high quality. If you are coming to NO with family, do not miss this place. Plenty of parking and lots of trail, food and museums

I'm a music lover, but my family - not so much. So Preservation Hall -- with its 45-minute sets -- was a winner for us. I get my fix (a little short for me), while my wife and son can experience it without too much of a commitment. We got bench seats - nice to have a spot to sit. When they say no AC, they mean it. It was 90 degrees outside, and there was plenty of sweating going on -- and we were the first show of the day; I imagine it would get hotter after multiple sets. The music was top notch. Absolutely skilled jazz musicians with decades -- well over a century, I'm sure -- of combined experience. Just putting on a quick show for the tourists. But they clearly love what they're doing. We all enjoyed this experience. Highly recommended.

I didn’t actually get to go on this tour—it was canceled due to thunder, lightning, and heavy rain. However, I am still giving 5 stars because of how kind and amazing all the guides were. They waited 20 extra minutes past the tour time to see if the rain stopped, they gave everyone the opportunity to reschedule, if you couldn’t reschedule they gave a refund, and they were truly apologetic about the cancellation. One guide even offered to tell me anything I wanted to know about the cemetery even though he was off the clock. They definitely made the right call to cancel, and I commend them for their kindness and their willingness to put safety above profits. I hope to visit New Orleans again one day so I can do this tour!
