    Did not disappoint!
I would give this luau a 10 if that was an option. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Paradise Cove Luau! From the second we walked in everyone was so welcoming and kind. There were activities to do as soon as we arrived. The food was so good, and the show was absolutely amazing! We met one of the fire dancers after and he was so friendly and kind. I really can't say enough good things about this luau - the beautiful location, the talented and kind dancers and staff, and the food. Paradise Cove Luau exceeded our expectations!

    Fantastic Night Out.
This is a must if you visit Honolulu. From being picked up near our hotel, this is extra, throughout the evening All the staff were amazing. The whole evening is so well organised. The food was amazing. Our server was David, and he was very accomadating. The show was fabulous from the dancers to the fire show. Such a fun night, Mo was our bus guide and Capt Ricky, our driver both where fabulous, Mo is very entertaining.

    The experience of a lifetime.
My husband and I were gifted a Orchid Package to the beautiful Paradise Cove Luau. We are residents of a neighboring Island. So we have attended other Laua’s. The experience we had at Paradise Surpassed our expectations. The staff, not only treat you as family and refer to you as family. They give you an unforgettable experience. From beginning to end. You also have the option of paying for transportation pick from your resort or near by hotel (which is a blessing, especially since Covid), you are provided a staff member apart of paradise cove on your buss transportation. Your greeted at your pick-up location, with a warm smile, and once everyone has been picked up in Waikiki, the driver makes the journey to the west side of the island. Now traffic during the 3pm a beyond is bumper to bumper due to the fact that lots of people are trying to get home and live on the west side. We had Nui & Hala on board. They provided us with very detailed instructions of what going to happen during our ride to the location and what would happen once we reach. They take the time to address each individual, and remember you by name. Once you reach Paradise Cove, they guide you by groups off the bus. You receive a card with a certain amount depending on your choice of package. Your card is then activated when you walk through the gates. Then provide with a welcome drink choice of nonalcoholic or alcoholic for those over the age of 21, then presented a lei. You are then taken further inside where you are greeted by another set of employees who take you to your seats. Once your shown to you seats your may enjoy the many activities they have on sight. I suggest taking advantage of it all. It was an amazing experience and I hope to attend it again in the near future.

Food was good and they had the whole area spaced out well due to covid restrictions. Any parties of two people had they own table unless they were part of a higher group. The drinks are ok a little weak. The dancing was great and seeing the west side of the island was a great part. You can see the towers of the Disney resort as you pool up. Just remember to bring a light jacket because the wind was making it cold also the you will be walking of dirt for most of the night. Also if you have cousin Fifi as your host for the bus ride he is great very informative and funny.

Good experience if you have kids. Lots of activities as other reviewers note. Temporary tattoos. Spear throwing. Pictures with tropical birds. A canoe ride where my sister and kids saw a turtle. The show was entertaining with talented dancers and emcee who had a lovely voice. The fire throwing was cool.

But the food... was terrible. Except the pulled pork which was pretty tasty. The rest was a poor quality buffet of bland and overcooked rice, veggies, salads. And greasy chicken. None of the 6 of us thought any good. Except the pulled pork.

If I was choosing again I’d look for a higher luau experience, maybe smaller, with a more intimate setting and better quality dining experience.

But if you have kids and want to entertain them with demonstrations and activities you may not care about the food and your experience will be fine.

I've been to 3 other luaus on the Islands, and unfortunately this one was disappointing to me in spite of the good reviews I've read. We were picked up promptly on time and driven to the luau grounds. We had opted for the higher priced Deluxe package. Be aware that in addition to better seating, you also get your food brought to you. That means you can't choose what you get. They do give you a variety of foods, unfortunately most of the items were substandard. The chicken was cooked to dry and inedible ( or maybe set too long under a heat lamp). And from looking at the plates of leftover food from the rest of the people at our table, I wasn't the only one who thought so. The performers tried but with one exception they didn't come up to par with those at the other 3 luaus I've seen. The exception was the fire dancer who made up for a lot of the deficiencies in this performance. This guy was Good! So, all this being said, I would say look elsewhere.

This is one of the best luaus I’ve been to. It was in a perfect setting right on the beach in a beautiful cove. They had many forms of activities to keep everyone busy before the festivities and the entire evening was very well organized. Enjoyed all of the cultural events that were included and the buffet was delicious with many items to choose from. Drinks were very tasty and the evening entertainment was just perfect! We enjoyed meeting all the people at our table and had a wonderful Polynesian/Hawaiian evening! Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Oahu for the first time- puts you in the island mood.

Our luau experienced at the Paradise Cove is truly a wonderful, memorable and unforgetable experienced. Aside from the delicious food they offer, some fun activities like the canoe boat riding, tattoe, flower making and others are adding the fun experienced and they give lei's to all their guests too.

The staff are exceptional, they all very friendly. I would like commend two of their staff named Dee and Marita (not sure), as they welcomed us with the true spirits of Ohana (family). You both ladies did an exceptional job and mahalo for taking us with my daughter.

The singers and dancers are phenomenal. The last part of the show is outstanding. Guests are all eyes on them while performing. Bravo! 👏👏👏

Special thanks to Monica Eder, who helped us made arrangement for our reservation.

To the staff and management of Paradise Cove, our experienced will definitely be shared to guests, friends, family and relatives. I will definitely like a repeat.

We really enjoyed our luau at Paradise Cove. We opted for the VIP tickets, which I would HIGHLY recommend paying the extra money for. Rather than having to go through the line for your food, and go to the bar anytime you want another drink, there are servers assigned to your table to bring you a plate and drinks.
The entertainment was wonderful! The views were amazing, with people back home commenting how our sunset photos looked like a green-screen background. BREATHTAKING! Would opt to skip the gift shop, just standard souvenirs that can be found at any ABC Store on the island. Overall, we enjoyed our time and were glad we went with Paradise Cove over the many options we had.

Basically you just get moved from line to line. The food is rough and the lines for drinks are crazy long. We had the “Royal Box” deluxe package. We were instructed to arrive at 4:30p to enjoy walking the grounds. We showed up to discover you can’t get in until 5. So we stood in the sun sweating. Then they herd you in, force the photo, and then have you stand in line for a horrible free Mai Tai that is part of the package.

We have done Luau’s on Hawaii and Maui. They were good. The big island Hilton Luau was great. Save your money and avoid Paradise Cove.

View was amazing, however the place was dirty and trashy. This is the Las Vegas of luau’s, but like old Las Vegas. Show itself was good but the facilities were so gross that it took away from the performers.

I had been to my first luau in 1988 and was not impressed, so I was not too excited about going to this one when it was suggested by a family member but I went only because I'd get to spend time with my family who had traveled far for a wedding. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. There were plenty of pre-luau activities for kids and adults. There was dancing during the buffet dinner (which was excellent) and a wonderful after-dinner show. I had heard that Paradise Cove offers one of, if not the best, luau in Oahu and I believe it. I would definitely recommend this venue if you want to experience a luau.

Bus ride from ABCland was so fun and the luau was just what I was hoping it would be. Interactive fun and games prior to the traditional luau celebrations. And the buffet was awesome!! I’m craving some Kahlua pig right now!! My kids (11, 20, 24) loved it!
