A free-standing gas fireplace warms the main living area. Timber beams, soaring ceilings with clerestory windows, & cozy furnishings provide the classic Scandinavian cottage experience.

High-speed internet, full Cable TV, streaming (Netflix + Prime + Disney), & a selection of books, puzzles, & board games will keep everyone connected & entertained.

The kitchen offers premium appliances, quality cookware, & four brewing options for your morning coffee (Keurig, Drip, Espresso & French Press). Fresh coffee, teas, & cooking staples are stocked for your convenience.

Both bedrooms (1 Queen + 2 Twins) are furnished with custom cedar headboards, reading lights, premium mattresses with 3" memory foam toppers, 100% cotton sheets, & soft duvets.

Exterior:
Relax on the fully covered porch year-round with Adirondack chairs, blankets, & a Weber gas BBQ. The string-lit yard with firepit area overlooks a seasonal stream & secluded 1-acre forest to explore with Fido & the kids.

Location:
The Cottage is a short walk from Horth Hill Park & several excellent walking trails. Enjoy quick access to the Southern Gulf Islands on BC Ferries (2 km), browse the many shops & restaurant choices in Sidney by the Sea (5 km), or cycle the Lochside Trail to downtown Victoria (25 km).

Guest access
The guest cottage, private yard, & forest access are yours to enjoy in complete privacy from the main house where we reside.

Designated parking for two (2) vehicles directly in front for easy unpacking.

As onsite hosts we value trust & transparency to ensure the best possible host~guest experience.💖

Please respect the guest cottage is for registered Airbnb guests. It is not a venue for gatherings of unregistered guests. 🙏

We welcome 1 dog or 2 smaller dogs up to 20 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds (even the cute ones). 🐕
