What Is the Order of Souls?

Gives Bounty and Ghost Ship Voyages

The Order of Souls is a group of mystics acting as a bounty office where players can take on different voyages to obtain Bounty Skulls.

Bounty Skulls are valuable items for the Order of Souls as they use them to glean the locations of treasures and they will buy the skulls off you in exchange for gold and reputation.

Ranks, Titles, and Rewards

Rise through the different ranks in the Order of Souls by selling Bounty Skulls, achieving Commendations, and sailing as an Emissary.

You'll earn equipment, titles, and cosmetics the higher your rank so it's worth pursuing these promotions.

Order of Souls Voyages

Bounty

In Bounty Voyages, players are given a Bounty Map which shows the location of Skeleton Captains and its crew. When defeated, captains drop Bounty Skulls which are handed to the Order of Souls.

Ghost Ship Battle

Ghost Ship Battles are similar to Bounty Voyages, but players hunt down a fleet of Ghost Ships and its Captain. These voyages are considerably more difficult and have better rewards.

Medley

Medley Voyages are multiple voyage types rolled into one long voyage. Players will need to be prepared when taking on these types of voyage.

Raid Voyages

Raid Voyages are large-scale combat encounters that come in waves of land or naval combat. These are not exclusive to the Order of Souls and are also available for other Trading Companies.

Tutorial

New players who just completed the Maiden Voyage Tall Tale will be able to access the tutorial for the Order of Souls.

This short voyage will give players a bounty to hunt down a Skeleton Captain and return with a Bounty Skull, providing a glimpse of what it will be like sailing as an Emissary for the Order of Souls.

Order of Souls Commendations

33 Order of Souls Commendations Available

There are a total of 33 Commendations to be achieved for the Order of Souls that award players with different cosmetics and titles.

Some Commendations are graded and grant reputation once per achieved grade. Progress for these Commendations are cumulative, meaning progress made in one grade is carried over to the next.

How to Become an Emissary

Players can become an Emissary for the Order of Souls by purchasing an Emissary License from the Order of Souls shop, allowing you to raise an Emissary Flag.

Raise this flag at the table next to an Order of Souls representative in any Outpost to become an Emissary and raise your Emissary Grade and Value.

Be wary though as flying an Emissary Flag will make you a target for Reaper's Bones Emissaries!

Emissary Grades

Your Emissary Grade is increased by flying the Order of Souls flag when taking on voyages, allowing you to earn significantly better rewards.

There are five Grades in the Order of Souls that you can achieve each with their own Tiers that unlock titles and cosmetics.

Emissary Value

Players who consistently do well by the Order of Souls will have their Emissary Value increased and could be put on the global leaderboard. Earning a spot on the leaderboard will get you exclusive rewards like titles and Sails!
