Coalescing all of her weird tendencies into one weirdly cohesive and danceable blob of absurdity, Last of the Great 20th Century Composers is a roundabout punch of self-realization. I mean, think about it, after two albums where she did whatever in a feverish haze of genres that were incredibly difficult to describe or even wrap your head around, Last manages to come through with that same weirdness but way more accomplished songwriting and theming. Being mostly a big representer album but with a sarcastic twist in... basically all of its music, this album once again flies through Abstract Hip-Hop, Rock, Punk, Jazz Rap, Electro, Boom Bap, you name it, she got it. This time around, though, all songs are completely worked out, things feel way more purposeful, her rapping got even more expressive, it just feels more tight overall. It also gives her lyrics more room to breathe, from the weird Robot-dancing (which kinda predicted the huge comeback Hip-Hop dance tracks would have a couple of years later), to writing songs for Christmas in May, to weird sex-songs with a Cypress Hill-affiliate, to gushing over Kool Keiths ass, to a nice summary of things with Refugee Camps John Forté. It's all really entertaining, there's bars for days, she got a real weird flow going on somewhere between Sensational and Keith, weird vocal-inflections that would obviously influence artists like Nicki Minaj, there's a lot going on. Here she finally sounds completely confident and in control, and it makes her unhinged method to songwriting feel even more forceful.
This is the album where she finally completely owned her weirdness and started working with it more intensely, and in return this is her best album up until that point. It is creative, forward-thinking, absolutely bonkers, weird, incredibly entertaining and infectious, all at the same time, and she did it all with a knowing smirk on her face. What a tour de force, and if you want to get into her music, this is a much better starting point than her first two albums. Do It Like a Robot, indeed.

Her third album is still another mix of genres. Mostly rapping, but a lot of the beats have a large electro backdrop. A lot are clearly meant for clubs and for dancing. Then other tracks are largely rock influenced.
A very weird album. It does not fully come together. Borderline all over the place, but the production and entertaining rhyming keep this from turning into a mess.

9. Year Two Thousand
10. Love/Hate To Be A Player
11. Sex (I Like) [A punkish vibe for this one, especially the chorus]

Not only is she hot, but she is one of the smartest and best rappers ever. "Do It Like a Robot", "Meet You Halfway(Keep it on the alright)","I Hope I Sell a lot of Records at Christmastime", "Sex(I Like)", "Love/Hate to be a Player" are some of the best and the CD even offers a description of it from the distant future;'This album(as these items were referred to then) contains a number of valuable educational resources. First and foremost is her use of the archaic musical form of hip hop, named for it's hopping like drum patterns. Current audiences, however, will find a trace of the familiar in the occasional-albeit primitive-example of electronic flip-flop much as used in most planetary anthems today.' The CD can be played on a CD rom, so you can check out 4 campy 80's style video games that, of course, feature the Princess, but I think are intentionally impossible to win. Guest stars include; Jon Spencer, Kool Keith, Baron Ricks, ChessTBunz, Slick Muffins and Brock. http://www.princesssuperstar.com.
