school environment

  Our school is located in the western suburbs of Changhua City, about 600 meters away from the Changhua Interchange. It is a mixed agricultural, industrial, commercial and residential area. Our school is very active in parenting education, parent growth education and promoting the volunteer system in the community. It is also quite effective in education and fully integrates the simultaneous growth of the community and the school. Although the campus area is only 1.80 hectares, the overall planning of the campus is quite complete, especially the levels of leisure areas , teaching areas, and activity areas are well organized.

School History

  1. The school was founded on August 1, 1936, and was named "Dongfang National School".
  2. Nine-year national education was implemented on August 1, 1957, and the school was renamed "Dongfang National Primary School".
  3. An independent kindergarten was established on June 24, 1969. On August 1, 1978, the independent kindergarten was approved to be converted into an attached kindergarten. In 101, it was renamed an attached kindergarten. In 105, 1 class was added and became 2 classes.
  4. The attached supplementary school was opened on August 25, 1988 (from 1988 to 1992, a total of 4 sessions).

I. School environment

The school is located in the western suburbs of Changhua city in central Taiwan, just under one kilometer from the Changhua highway interchange, in a mixed zone of agricultural, industry, business and residential housing. The school acts as a foundation for local education, parental housing housing education, and acts as a focal point for growing local education, volunteer efforts, and as a result, the community as well in one unified group of activities. While the school campus covers only 197 hectares, it is still quite complete including leisure facilities , classroom building, and sports facilities, all in a systematic layout.

II. History

  1. "Tung-Fang Public School" established on August 1, 1947.
  2. Name of " Tung-Fang Public School" was changed into "Tung-Fang Primary School" on August 1, 1968 to implement nine years compulsory education.
  3. The preschool was set up on June 24, 1980, recruited as a supplementary school on August 1, 1989.
  4. The Night School was established on August 25, 1999 (1999~2003).

III. School mission statement

Our mission statement is Happy students, diligent teachers, and responsible parents", and may be explained as follows:
