Take a Look at American Idol's Top 21 Contestants for 2020!

Last week on American Idol, eight of the Top 40 found out that they had made the Top 20. On Sunday’s part two of the Hawaii showcase, which filmed at the Aulani Resort in Oahu, the remaining Top 40 contestants performed in a concert, showcasing their talent before receiving their final judgment from judges Lionel Richie, Katy Perry and Luke Bryan.

But there was a surprise twist when the judges couldn’t decide between Lauren Mascitti and Grace Lear, so America will vote to make that decision as to who gets the final spot in the Top 20.

Voting opened Sunday night and will close at 9 a.m. ET/6 a.m. PT on Tuesday, April 7. America can vote using The American Idol App, at Americanidol.com/Vote, or via Text at 21523.
