They changed their policy starting May 15th of 2024 that they won't refund if you missed to cancel your trial!!! Calling or chatting with customer service will not help!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Like many, I got XM in my vehicle and kept it. Kept it for 10 years with the only change being that of adding my wife's vehicle. Then recently they jacked my bill one month by over $300. After 3hrs on the phone it was fixed and all forgot. The next year it happened all over again. 3 hrs in and I wasn't getting anywhere so I canceled. Immediately they were willing to all of a sudden work with me. NO THANKS and stop begging me to come back.

Difficult to cancel!! A few years ago when I canceled service, I actually had to cancel a credit card to get them to stop charging my account. I didn't learn my lesson evidently. This time I demanded that 2 vehicles be canceled, only 1 to remain at 6.16 per month although the rep repeatedly "bargained" to keep the 2 additional, before taking no for an answer. He said finally that it was canceled but on this card bill, was charged 3 times my monthly bill. Customer service today was absolutely no help. Stay away!! Use pandora, Spotify, anything but Sirius!!!! Can I give it less than 1 star??

I've had this service for quite a few years. In my opinion, it's not worth it. The DJ's that work the channels I listen to talk constantly. Kristine Stone and Alan Hunter are terrible. They talk constantly! Between every song. And it's stupid personal stuff they talk about. NO ONE CARES!!!! STOP TALKING ABOUT YOURSELF! LMFAO! I'm no longer paying for music. My service was finally cut off today. I been listening to "free" radio in my vehicle all day a day there's not really much of a difference. Other than having to live through another Kristine Stone or Alan Hunter worthless commentary. Hey SiriusXM, see ya.

I won tickets to a concert through the highway back in December. Concert is tomorrow and no one on phone or chat can help me with getting my tickets. The box office has none from SiriusXM or under my name. I can't believe how shady this is. So basically you all say you're giving away tickets and you're not. I am beyond disgusted. I was so excited to go. Time to cancel my service.

I’ve had Sirius XM on and off over the past 10 years with all my new cars. I enjoy the service but once the free trial end it becomes a game. They negotiate price back and forth then pretend to play hardball. When you call their bluff they call you a hundred times to get you back. My recent experience, I had to renew the subscription and went 2 days over. They agreed to give me my old price but wanted me to pay 2 days of full cost service. In the end they lost me as a customer for $20. Stop playing the games, set a price and you will probably stop losing customers. I will not be back.

Horrible. It is impossible to cancel a subscription without having to be put through a bunch of unnecessary questions. You can not simply log in and cancel. You have to speak/chat with someone who will try to offer you a better deal which they could have done from the beginning.

About 3 years ago, we were going on an extended road trip and decided to give Sirius a try. It was ok but after 3 months decided we didn't use it enough to justify the cost. Called their agent and cancelled. That was that? Nope. Who keeps cancellation emails after three years? Well, you should. Recently, I got a promotional email from Sirius and decided I might renew for another upcoming road trip. When I logged in I found out my subscription has not been cancelled and had been charged their monthly fee for 3 years. Now this is in part my bad for not checking but I never got any kind of monthly receipt. My online chat with them only resulted in a written commitment to cancel and Sirius speak saying that by default I agreed to automatic payment. They have no record of the cancellation. So, don't take this company for granted. If you cancel, keep checking to make sure they are not continuing to bill your CC. Fool me once....

I have used them for over 10 years now. They offer a great deal, and get your credit card number so they can jack the price up and charge your card crazy amounts when the subscription renews. Complete scammers that just cannot give a straight-out price. If they were just forward with a price of ~$115 yr, without all of the attempted trickery, they would have so many more listeners. Sick of it. I have wasted countless hours calling to get their so-called special price each year.

Terrible customer service, they make it very difficult to cancel, do not purchase their service, you will have problems and will at some point have to deal with terrible customer service. Sirius is not worth the troubles encountered.
