I love Morningside High School. Morningside holds a special place in my heart due to the teachers and community. I am in My Sister’s Keeper and The Environmental Club and these clubs have helped me learn more about myself and develop as a person. Morningside offers unique opportunities and I will forever recommend coming here. I love my school and my community.
As of for change in my school I would like to see more competition in the honors and AP system. I have noticed that although I'm in the honors classes, it's not that advanced as I would prefer. I also noticed that there are a lot of students in AP classes just to fill in the spots. I would like for administration and Counselors to really look at past years to ensure the AP classes are fill with kids who want to be there and are capable of being in the Honors and AP system.

Morningside is a great public school, that has done a lot with what is given to them. It has great teachers who care about the students and try their best to help them. However, there are those who are simply there for their paycheck. Student lack motivation, and most staff does nothing about it. I would like to see a change in the way staff helps encourage students. I would also like to see teachers helping students learn instead of giving out information and expecting them to understand.
the best parts about Morningside are that it is a very fun and engaging place to learn. also, it offers college courses that gets student college ready and offers programs that offer internships to students.
