This club is a very great place to spend nights during summer, good choice of music and serious management. The music selection is youth oriented, with interesting features during some time of the year with good artists.

The club is indoors and have a very good air conditioning, at the busy hours (00-02AM), you'll have to make your way on your own if you do not have a table, otherwise it's fine, it is a safe and very cool place to be at. Many choices of drinks and champagne, the service that comes with it is as expected, very great.

When going to a club, this is what you expect, I had excellent times there and I will surely go back this year, this truly competes with St-Tropez clubs, it's a mood of it's own.

Very selective, expect to pay to enter if you haven't booked a table, dress code is mostly free as long as you are willing to be a good customer.

You may be subject to racial profiling, sadly the French Riviera is a very racist place in general, and I do not advise you to travel here if you have a dark skin, it's not worth the expenses, you would be surprised how people can treat you there.

Very big nightclub that has a great ambiance and is filled with dancers.
The drinks are quite expensive, however what is great is that there will always be tables and seats free outside on the terrace for everyone.

Amazing artists perform there every summer! I went to see David Guetta, Tinnie Tempah, Lloyd Banks and T-Pain there.
Some artists aren't there for long but some are there for about 40 minutes which is amazing!
The prices to go and see these artists range between 15 and 50 euros. I think anything under 30 euros is definetely a good deal!
On the night for David Guetta we had to wait for 3 hours, pay 50 euros and when we got in there were way too many people so make sure you choose the right night!

Don't forget your IDs because they do check them.
Also, men should wear nice shoes and shirts and women should wear dresses and heels. If you don't look "fancy" enough you might not be allowed in.

There are toilets in the club but usually quite a queue to get in. There is a place where you can leave your coat/bag... It costs 2 euros.

After having been to other clubs in Cannes, all in all I would say the Gotha is the best nightclub!

I have been to this club 5 times. Used to have amazing artist lineups when they were competing with Palais Club. Nowadays they still have some major names performing, but nothing spectacular.

If you decide to spend your night there, make sure to reserve a table. If you don't, then be prepared to be crushed in the crowd.

Having just turned 22, 4 of us girls headed to Gotha nightclub ready to have a fantastic night. While queuing one of us put our empty drink down but the bouncer, having seen us told us to pick it up and put it in the bin, which we did without hesitation and no fuss at all. When finally arriving at the door, they asked us where we were from in an aggressive tone, and being half French myself I tried to reason with them in French saying that I didn’t see what difference that would make. As soon as I said we were British they cut us off and refused to let us in, accusing us of being disrespectful to our own country. I was confused, apologised for disrespecting them and asked for a more reasonable explanation. The bouncers made a huge scene and not only embarrassed us but disrespected our entire country. Perhaps they did have a good reason for turning us down but the way they handled it, humiliated us and refused to give us any reasonable explanation apart from the fact that we were British, is, to me, unacceptable and shouldn't be put up with considering how expensive it is. On our way home, we bumped into other friends who were also turned down on the basis of “looking like Algerian c****” I've been here before and it is a fantastic club but if this is how the staff treat their customers they either need to be fired or reported…either way Gotha need to sort themselves out.

What a s..t hole!! I am sorry for my language but this place is terribly expensive for what it offers and the management… well mostly busy doing drugs…
I had to pay the bouncers and toilet lady 150€ total in tips just to be let through the longest queue ever.. Maybe health and safety should pay them a visit….
For me it's a No Go!!
Worse night ever!

The guy at the front named Sameel (or so he says) states the smart casual dress code requires females to wear heels. No where online did it state that. When I called to speak to the manager about this he hung up on me repeated times. This club is a sexist waste of time!! Do not bother to go!!! I have attached a picture of my shoes. And there are several other girls wearing similar shoes, but their boobs are out and their dresses are extremely short. Since I didn’t dress like that, apparently I’m not allowed in.

A few friends and I (all African/ African American) came to the club to see Black Coffee (an African artist) perform at the club. We were the first group of people to arrive to the establishment and dressed extremely well. Once the bouncers started allowing people in, is when the real trouble began. The bouncers would point lasers at groups/individuals allowed in the club, my friends and I were at the head of the line, but people just arriving/in the back were being allowed in before us.

One of us eventually asked the bouncer when we would be allowed in, without missing a breath a bouncer told us “that would not be possible”. He told a group of Muslim men, behind us, they wouldn’t be allowed in either after verifying that they were from Tunisia. No blacks were permitted into the club that night unless they were associated with the act or if they were male and brought a woman (white) with them.

Overall my friends were extremely disappointed with the behavior of the bouncers and unfortunate standards (race) required to see an African artist perform that night.

Do not support this business if you are a proponent of equal rights in the 21st century. Do not support this business if you are a person of color. And do not support this business if you know right from wrong.

Extra: Upon picking us up from the club, our Uber driver asked us if we were permitted into Gotha. After telling him no he said, “I’m not surprised, that place is extremely racist and classist.”

Quite frankly, being told to come back the next day looking "more sexy" in the 21st century is a bit ridiculous, offensive and extremely sexist - especially as men get in with trainers. If you're looking for a pretentious club to tell you how you need dress just to enter and ruin your evening, this is 100% the place to go.

We were a group of 11 girls here
In Cannes for a hen party. We have been refused entrance twice now. The first night we came we had a theme so understood. However tonight when we came we were all wearing nice dresses and the majority were wearing heels and we were still refused entry. We heard the bouncer/security guard say something in French regarding being Indian after being refused. This is incredibly racist. We did not expect this from an institution such as yourself. Considering Cannes hosts the Cannes film
Festival where a multitude of Hollywood, Bollywood & other movie industries attending this was very disappointing. We actually saw a man being given entry wearing trainers yet we were refused with two ladies wearing flat sandals and we were impeccably dressed. This should not be happening in today’s day & age. I hope you take notice of this & train your bouncers better. This world is supposed to be moving forward not staying in the 1950s & institutions such as yourself do not make the world a better place.

Ordered 10 doms and some tequila and vodka. Many waiters and servers came and our drinks finished within 40 mins.

2 extra Jeroboams were ordered without our consent and didnt let us leave until we paid the bill.

absolutely horrible. There were only 3 people in our group.
