Lack of towels and storage in the room Decor was a little tired generally in the corridors and room. Breakfast area was too small and choice of food limited My wife has a serious allergy and whilst she was catered for she had to continually ask and was no choice for her. Toiletries were poor. We stayed for 3 nights and booked a family suite. Not really a suite, just 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. For a 4 star I was expecting more. The breakfast was absolutely terrible and had to queue for 20 minutes. Food served on plastic plates. 6€ for a bottle of water. 8€ for a pint. We had some food in the bar and that was also terrible, 2x ham and cheese toasties for 40€. How can they get that wrong? In the room you have tea and coffee with paper cups which was not refilled daily. Swimming pool was nice, for the size of the hotel you would expect it to be bigger. 10 people in it feels crowded. The hotel emailed the day before asking for an arrival time which was 10.30am so I was expecting the room may have been ready around that time but had to wait until after the 3pm…

You should definitely consider this place if visiting Disneyland with your family. This is a very comfortable hotel with its magical atmosphere, and at the time of booking the price/location ratio was excellent. The rooms are big enough, even for a family of four, and the whole place seems to have been renovated recently. Staff was very nice and always ready to help. Sound insulation between rooms is great, since there are “real” walls dividing them (this has always been an important issue for me). Stayed here with family in June. We chose this hotel as it was in a convenient location to get to Disneyland easily. The reception area of the hotel is beautiful and we were impressed with how lovely it was. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly. We booked two rooms and we were pleased they had given us connecting rooms. The rooms themselves were nicely decorated, the bathrooms were a little outdated but everywhere was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our rooms were cleaned each day and fresh towels were also left every day. We had the all you can eat buffet on our first night. This is a beautiful hotel, ideally located for Paris and Disneyland Paris. Issues first: only 1 lift working out of 3 led to long waits to get to the higher floors, not possible to walk up all of the stairs with a 3 year old. €17 for an evening meal children’s buffet with the age range of 3-11 is not equitable and far too expensive. There is a HUGE difference in appetite between a 3 year old and an 11 year old. For €17 our 3 year old ate a bit of bread, a hard boiled egg and 2 potatoes. Yet we still had to pay €17 for that. Needless to say we only had the one meal at the hotel and bought our other meals at Disneyland Paris where the pricing for 3 year olds is much fairer- usually €9 for a decent meal with lots of choice. We got an apartment for 3nites incl.breakfast as usual. First note, we smelled cigarettes smoke in bathroom fr another room. Someone came to confirm that was cigarettes fr another room(it sometimes happens), he would find out from whom..no apologies..if smell recurs, then call front desk again, the next day they would do something. Luckily, smell did not recur. Breakfast incl.less variety of pastries and breads. Staff there are still...esp. special thanks to bartender Jackson who was extra friendly and professional!

Comfy clean rooms. Facilities good for a DLP hotel. BUT Booked a birthday cake for my sons 7th bday, booked June arrived dec to be told “don’t have it” forwarded emails etc. paid for it again. Two payments of £30 still not cake. Breakfast lady said “not ready get evening” evening guy said “have no detail of this” so basically paid for a cake in. June and again dec to get ZILCH. As I said clean and comfy. Reception staff friendly. But no organisation at all. Swimming pool on site, NOT STAFFED. Jacuzzi only worked once out of the 6 days we were there. Pool is not deep and not big enough for adults to ah e a proper swim. There is an outdoor pool and I live in hope they will be repairing the hazardous slabs and walk ways before summer for guest. The hotel is an actual building site with no warning at all- when you walk in you are confronted with huge barriers, most of the main floor is cornered off. The 'gardens' are blocked off and is also a building site. Small bar area is quite nice but one bar with attender, I waited 15 minutes for a drink (prices are extortionate) kids enjoyed the pool but it was freezing, probably the hotels ONLY redeeming feature. Family room is too small, not fit for purpose, next to no storage!! Breakfast was OK! Staff friendly. Waited 40mimutes for a shuttle at 4pm. Very very disappointed, would've rather paid 5 times the price to stay somewhere better, lesson learned.

This is the 8th time we have stayed at The Dreamcastle over the past 10 years but sadly wasn't up to standard this time and there were several issues. After paying to upgrade to a suite last year, we went ahead and booked one for this year as 3 adults, one being 18 Yr old so grateful that they have their own bedroom. Check in was really quick and easy and reception staff pleasant. However, 1 . The first thing that hit us, again, was a smell of drains coming from the bathroom (it was the same last year). I mentioned this on the first morning to reception and someone did come to check it, half an hour before we were leaving 3 days later !!! 2. We had to ask for bathrobes and slippers that were supposed to be in the room. They were brought up the day that we asked but they…

Lovely hotel, nice staff and a good breakfast. As a disabled guest it could not have been easier, l used my mobility scooter and found it very easy to manoeuvre the hotel, grounds and rooms. Lovely grounds and they are in the process of building an outside swimming pool. Would definitely return here.
