Madame Web and the Amazing Spiderman have a good relationship. He is her main spider-person. She usually maintains contact with him and helps through the tight jams. In the game she enhanced his strength, jumping, speed, and spider-sense.

Madame Web never interacted with Noir Spiderman until this game. She enhanced his spider-sense and webs and he said he "likes the way she thinks".

Relationship with 2099 Spiderman[]

Madame Web never interacted with 2099 Spiderman until this game. When she enhanced his powers and told him to make his attacks bloody, he showed "interest" in her.

Relationship with Ultimate Spiderman[]

In his universe she is an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. and helped clone him. He seems to become irritated with her (possibly due to the symbiote). She also keeps his costume in check so it won't consume him.
