He is survived by : his wife Sandra Hicks Bayliss; his brothers, Jack Bayliss and CharlieTaylor (Brenda Bayliss) of ChurchHill; his children, Dawn Jean Lord (Butch) of Bridgeville, Danny Eugene Bayliss (Laurie) of Seaford, Mary Clara Willett (Carl) of Federalsburg, Kimberly Danniel Carter (Thomas) of Easton, Crystal Lynn Chambers (Jack) of Seaford and Wanda Lee Byington of Federica; and his grandchildren, Mitchell, Steven, Patrick of Travis, CJ, Trinity, Wyatt, Autumn, Elisha, Lillian of Katelyn, JJ and Shelby. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Framptom Funeral Home (216 N Main St, Federalsburg, MD 21632). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
