Q – While patiently waiting for my copy of Cleaning Out the Ashtrays to arrive, I was looking over the track list, and wondered – was there ever a Lloyd Cole version of Nobody’s Girl? Will we ever get to hear it? Thanks!
A – Wow. Good question. Not with me singing, but I seem to recall there is a demo with me playing a bunch of guitar. I’ll email NH and see if she has it. That would be exactly the kind of thing to make the demos box (if we ever get around to it) worth hearing.
