Decently priced! I had the tempura battered chicken strips, and my husband had steak and eggs. It was to die for. No seriously, he got food poisoning from the eggs 😣 my chicken was great though! And the margaritas were the best on the island!

Awful in every way.  Service- terrible. Dismissive. She  didnt want to spend more than 20 seconds to take our order,  rushed and then proceeded to bring what we didn't order.  Literally dropped the food on the table and ran away. I had to get up and go find someone else to tell there was a problem. They were also rude. Never once did the waitress ask if we needed anything or If anything was alright. Then I had to ask someone other than my server for my check  too!
All our food was overcooked and tough. Bland. Wine? Sure as long as you only want 1-2 wine makers to choose from.
Absolute worst dining experience possible. - Malcolm S.Saint Peters, MO53511/14/2022
If you're looking for a place with subpar food and chickens and pigeons mulling all around you, you have found Nirvana. Â The conch pieces in the conch chowder were tough. The fried calamari was tough and served with some unusual sauce (not very tasty). The catch of the day was fair but cooked till it was dry.
The frozen drinks are served such that the frozen, icy part of the drink is placed in a plastic cup and then alcohol/flavoring is poured over that. So therefore, you have to mix your own drink.
The wait staff is only marginal. There is no forethought as to what you might need as a customer and then when you ask for something, it may never be brought to you.
For $170, everything should've been much better.
Therefore, as a diner, be forewarned.
You will never see me in this crappy, tourist trap again. - Mary C.Dallas, TX1244343464/27/2022
Great restaurant and a really fun meal. Â Very hard to beat sitting outside with the ocean. Â Our server was very sweet and helpful and the food and drinks were delicious.

We went to the cafe to have a light meal. Because we were there 3 years ago we just wanted to relive those moments. We weren't particularly hungry. So we just ordered one Mahi sandwich. The waitress was rude since we didn't order anything other than one sandwich. I am not sure what she probably lost because of our less $ order for two people. She added 20% gratuity for two people one sandwich order without our consent. I don't mind to tip her if she was nice and had treated us with respect and dignity. After all we are paying for our own meal and not a charity case. Â She just pretty much pushed us out immediately after we finished our food by hovering over us until we left. The ambience was nice the view towards ocean is good.

Really enjoyed this restaurant right on the water in Key West. Lots to choose from but my favorite is the peel and eat shrimp. Friendly crowd with great service.

The strawberry lemongrass mojito might be the best mojito I have ever had! Â The tuna poke cups appetizer is really good, and so is the lobster pizza. This is a great place to stop by during your day of site seeing and have a drink and some food as you stare at the beautiful historic hotel and the ocean. The margaritas are also very good. The owner, Michael is often mingling around and talking with guests. He is a very nice, humble and appreciative guy who makes you feel at home.

Nice open air dining on the beach. Service was good and the staff was pleasant. The food was very good especially the conch fritters. If you are looking for a good spot and good service on that side of the island, this is your place!

You're definitely paying for the view here, as the food is okay but not up to the standard of most Key West dining options and the service ranges from surly to stellar.
We stayed at the adjoining Southernmost Beach Resort and booked a dinner reservation on Christmas Eve well in advance. The day before our dinner reservation, we got a text message that said they would be having a special theee course menu on Christmas Eve priced at $110 per person. When I looked at this quote unquote special menu and compared to the regular menu it looks like they were basically piecing together an appetizer, an entree, and dessert and doubling the price for the holiday. I had a hard time getting a straight answer as to whether we could order off the regular menu as well. As it turned out, we could.
We had a drink at the bar before we were seated and the drink was at happy hour price. When we then ordered a second one at our table, we were charged full price, which definitely felt like a bait and switch.
Dinner was relatively good and the view was incredible, but I would definitely have preferred to have paid ever so slightly more to have an incredible meal at Louie's with an equally breathtaking view.
When I first booked our hotel, there was an option to add breakfast for $50 per person. We declined, since we know that there's so many places on the island where you can get a life-changingly delicious breakfast for much less than that. A later email from the hotel offered breakfast for $20 per person, so we decided to add it at that time since it was going to be Christmas Day and we figured many of our normal breakfast places might be closed. The breakfast was perfectly fine, but it included one item off of their menu and one beverage. None of the menu items were more than $20, so it seems like a possibly illegal scam to charge $50 to include that breakfast for hotel guests.
If you want a good breakfast in Key West, go to any of the French cafes or Blue Heaven. This is basically high-end diner fare. - Paul L.Seaside Heights, NJ01715/22/2022
Have been coming here for years.  The vibe has always been great. Well - 2022 they upped the ante  with new menu & raised the prices considerable. Which is fine however they didn't own up to their side of the deal. The food was good however they forgot a meal for one in the party forgot Apps.
We then ordered deserts after a 20 minute wait & all the dinner plates still on the table the server came back to us & said "our Mgr went out to get one of the deserts it will be another 5 minutes!
Times up -Get it together!!!
