Box Office Hours

The theatre is open from Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 to 20:00: box office is available to sell tickets until 19:45 and open for 15 minutes for enquiries afterwards. The theatre is open on Sundays from 10:00 to 18:00: sales are until 17:45 and enquiries for 15 minutes afterwards. The theatre is closed all day on a Monday. There are Matinees are on a Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Therefore the theatre are extremely busy between the hours of 14:00 -15:15 on a Tuesday and Saturday and between 16:00 - 17:15 on a Sunday. During these periods the venue may be unable to sell advanced bookings.

Box Office Collection Accepted

Tickets left at the box office for collection may be picked up on the day, during the hour before the performance starts. Please take the credit card used to purchase the tickets and Ticketmaster booking reference number with you, as the cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.

Accessible Seating

For disabled access, dress circle seats are recommended. For further information about special needs please contact the box office direct on 0844 482 5137. The easiest access for those with disabilities to enter the theatre is via the Dress Circle entrance on Greek Street. The venue can accommodate two regular sized wheelchairs plus an escort in a box in the Dress Circle, for those who cannot transfer from their wheelchairs. If a customer can transfer to a seat, there is a total of four seats that can be accessed. All disabled patrons must be accompanied by an escort. Accessible toilets are located in the foyer of the theatre. Refer to box office on 0844 482 5137 .

Children Rules

Due to some strong language, this show is considered unsuitable for children under 12. No babes in arms. Young children are admitted but not encouraged unless the parent is confident that the child is old enough to be attentive to the performance and not a distraction for other members of the audience. Everyone must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat. Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy infants.
