I am a BC Alum, as is my husband, both of our brothers, my father-in-law and now we have a freshman so let's just say we are a tad biased but we love attending BC games. This year 2019 season, they have adopted the ACC clear plastic bag rules so if you must bring a bag, it has to be see-through. The stadium now also offers, beer, wine and spiked seltzers (BonVie and White Claw) as well as regular concession food- hot dogs, sausage and peppers, nachos, popcorn ice cream. The home season has most games in September:
September 7th vs. Richmind
September 13th (Friday Night) vs. Kansas
September 28th vs. Wake Forest
October 19th vs. NC State
November 9th vs. Florida State
Tickets are usually available but parking is the challenge- recommend trying to purchase on Newton Campus or near the new baseball fields, but definitely call the box office and ask to see if you can purchase the parking. Otherwise take the T.
The stadium is a good size and the tailgating is a blast!

It was a few years ago and they are doing upgrades currently but had a blast here for B.C, Football games !!!!!!!!!! back then you could tailgate in the parking lot (with parking pass of course) - then go enjoy the game and have a wonderful weekend afternoon - had so much fun at the game I got seasons tickets for the following year - have since stopped going but really do miss it (had to post a date visited so chose the oldest available but we were there in the early 2000's)

My husband and I and our four children visited Alumni stadium this past weekend to see Syracuse play Boston College. We had a wonderful time and the stadium was absolutely beautiful. The only complaint I have is that when I went to buy my kids food and get my husband and I a beer, I waited in line for over 45 minutes and missed a major chunk of the first half. The concession system needs major work. There were two enormous lines for two different stations (meatballs line and chicken tender/potato wedges line) when I finally got there, they were no longer serving potato wedges. When I got the food, I went to get a beer and the limes were triple the length that I already stood in so I just went back to my seat. I would recommend visiting this stadium but eat first or arrive early so

What a great city and great atmosphere. But what a horrible stadium. Here are facts
- 1 bathroom for the WHOLE Endzone and it’s four floors down if your on upper level! Really that ought to be against the law!
- Food options are very minimal - there is beer (not draft). But the lines probably 45 min long on average)! My options in end zone were pretzels, chips, hot dog and beer, soft drink or hot chocolate.
- The PA system sounds like a screwed up Fast food along drive thru
- my tix said Gate A. I went to entrance with Gate A in words about 7 feet wide over the entrance. It was body to body thousands of people and horrible. One little student looked at me and said “this is student entrance. You can’t get in here without a student ID.” I said my tix says gate A. She said, “you can go in any gate with regular tix but this one!” Gheez!!!
- The # of Students that were drunk and tossing F bombs loudly everywhere was beyond any other college stadium I’ve attended - which is a lot.

Awful experience, bathroom line was 45min. Beer line 20 minutes. They added beer stands but did nothing to upgrade their bathroom facilities. Time to upgrade your stadium BC, maybe get a QB while you’re at it

While attending a Notre Dame - Boston College football game as a fan of the visiting team, the BC/Alumni Stadium staff were friendly, helpful and overall outstanding. The recent addition of beer/wine sales during games is an excellent plus, particularly for those of us that enjoy a beverage while viewing a game and are know enough to curtail consumption appropriately.
The free (satellite) parking and shuttle bus for events was very well managed.

This place is old and not well kept. The concessions are limited in variety. The restrooms are old and worn and there are not enough of them.

My wife and I, accompanied by friends, recently attended a Boston College (BC) football game. Our friends son is a player for BC and we were delighted at his play and their ultimate win. The stadium atmosphere was electric, including the BC band and cheerleaders. The facility is first rate, situated on a very picturesque campus. We participated in tailgate festivities prior to the game, and I must say that the BC family is the best. Looking forward to another game at Alumni Stadium.

Alumni Stadium is a great venue for football. You get a chance to see National Power-Houses like Clemson, Florida State, and Notre Dame. There is not a bad seat in the stadium, but the best seats are the ones that face away from Boston because you get the great afternoon sun.

BC's football calendar kicks off with the first game of the Labor Day weekend, which is Friday the 4th of September. The School actually starts August 31st so no BC sports but you may be able to catch a Red Sox Game, they play the Yankees on the 2nd at Fenway Park.

I have a bad knee and vertigo I would like to know where in the lower level the stairs come out so I can choose my seats accordingly. I cannot climb the stairs well without a railing.
