Osborne's Seafood School

The idea of choosing, preparing and cooking fish and shellfish is often a little daunting for people. Our courses are designed to give you confidence with choosing fish, from understanding about provenance and sustainability to preparing fish or shellfish and cooking it, whether for yourself or family and friends. Our courses include tastings and taking home fish you have prepared so that you can cook these at home following our recipe cards, should you choose.

Our evening courses follow the same ethos, and in addition, provide a setting where you will enjoy eating the fruits of your labour with those on your course, with a drink in a relaxed setting chatting with our team.

We also host evenings where you can find out more about our trusted suppliers and the story behind their produce.

If you have previously purchased a paper gift voucher before the 1st March 2023 from our shops, please call us directly first to redeem your vouchers and obtain a code before booking onto a course. Any balance owed can be paid at the time of booking online.

Please note from 1st March 2023, paper gift vouchers cannot be purchased for use in our Seafood School. You will need to purchase the online gift voucher.
