Woodward North sixth-grader Melissa Q. placed 10th in the state championship MathLeague.org competition held last weekend. Melissa will advance to the national round competition to compete in June.
As the largest network of local and state math competitions at the elementary, middle, and high school levels in the U.S. and abroad, MathLeague.org runs more than 400 contests globally and reaches more than 30,000 students each year.
