The owner of a factory that produces flavor extracts, Joel Reynold (Jason Bateman) seems to have it all, but really doesn't. What's missing is sexual attention from his wife, Suzie (Kristen Wiig). Joel hatches a convoluted plan to get Suzie to cheat on him, thereby clearing the way for Joel to have an affair with Cindy (Mila Kunis), an employee. The very pretty Ms Kunis is cast against type as the antagonist, and there are some fairly amusing scenes between Affleck and Bateman. That's where it ends; there's virtually no plot, and criminal under-use of the brilliant Kristen Wiig. Also, 'extract' is just a weird choice for what the factory is manufacturing.

Some were just too hard and too critical on this movie which was entertaining enough and a 5.5 of 10! There were a few big laughs along the way and wow...isn't that Ted from Schitts Creek?!, I said out loud when I first saw him in this! He was very funny pre Schitts Creek! Worth seeing, give it a try! Big cast too!
