New Haven Reviews

I love the diversity and community in New Haven. New Haven has a city, suburb, and beach area all in one! There is so much to do and experience. New Haven has a rich history and culture, and there is so much to learn. I would like to see even more community programs and supports. The population of those who are homeless and/or struggling with mental health issues and substance use issues is heartbreaking. Though there are many resources available, this is something that needs a lot of improvement. Due to these issues, there is a good amount of crime in New Haven.
I lived here all of my life! I feel that New Haven is a great place to live. It's very quiet and safe. I think everyone should come here. We have great public schools and educational sites. I suggest everyone to do their own research and decide from there.
I like the area where I leave because I can find all the stores I may need along the way. Medically wise, all the clinics and hospitals, specifically Yale, that is sitting at the heart of New Haven Downtown, make this city the place to get healed. Fetching medical consultations, medical treatments, etc, is accessible to everyone, and some of the hospitals will support me financially for medical bills.
Despite all the good facts about this City, violence, car crashes, vandalism, crimes, illegal drugs, are the threats for New Haven. I abide this city for four (4) years. And I’ve witnessed all of these with my own eyes, no news reporter needed.
I think the authorities may have something to say about this, because they “know” what’s going on better than I. And they can continually taking care of it, Even Better Than That.
And I hope that one day, I’ll be to walk with no incertitude of getting attacked by stranger in my neighborhood at night.
