My family and I stayed at the courtyard over this past weekend; February 7-9th. We chose this hotel for its prime location to the Bruins game on Saturday. It’s literally across the street from the Garden. Our stay was amazing, it was within a birds-eye view of the Garden. Not only did our room (1019) provide everything and anything you could possibly need while on a weekend getaway; Hair dryer, towels, lotion, snacks, the staff was kind, super informative, and helpful as well. We ate at the Bistro several times over the weekend, for both breakfast and dinner, the food was good and reasonably priced for a picky family of three. Tommy and Gabby both went out of their ways to make sure our stay was an exceptional one. I’d like to add that because of their superior services we have decided to vacation in Boston next winter for the week in the Courtyards Penthouses. I had a lot more interaction with Gabby-personally and want to thank her for her hospitality and friendliness. We noticed all the workers here were happy, smiling, and always working.

Hotel location was excellent, walking distance to North End where there are lots of Italian restaurants and near to TD Garden where Boston Celtics and Boston Bruins have regular games! You can also walk to famous Quincy Market too. This hotel is also a very short walk to North Station where you can catch the trains on green line to downtown and Park Street, Boston Commons. Hotel staff was excellent! One of them was really nice to help us book a taxi to airport and kindly help us with the multiple luggage. Hotel does not serve breakfast, but there is a restaurant or cafe on 1st floor where Starbucks coffee can be purchased. Rooms are of good size and clean too. Highly recommend this hotel to all visiting Boston.

This hotel excellent in so many ways. First, the location was great. It was across the street from TD Garden and walking distance to many restaurants. Parking was a bit pricey as valet was the only option, it was $60/day so definitely take that into consideration. We stayed during the Covid-19 pandemic and the hotel front door remained locked except for guests which was helpful for safety. They also took temperature checks at check in. I would definitely recommend a corner room, we had a view of the bridge from the 4th floor and the room was huge! The windows were incredible as you can open all the windows at night for a great view of the city. There was ample extra space to sit and lounge and the TV turned so that made it easier to lounge. The bathroom was huge and updated. The common areas of the hotel were also well cleaned and spacious. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott, North Station for several nights on a family vacation. Hotel is well situated across the street from the North Metro station and within walking distance of North End attractions, including little Italy.

Place was typical business/mid-level hotel, however the post-pandemic services were very limited. For example, they would not clean our room during the stay. I had to call and requests fresh towels and any bedding or toiletries specifically and wait for someone to deliver them. The restaurant is not set up for breakfast buffets and food choices are very limited abs grossly overpriced. Better off finding breakfast someplace on downtown.

Limited staff meant low to no extra services, no airport shuttle, limited bar/restaurant hours and offerings and no housekeeping service. I would recommend avoiding this hotel until they get themselves back together.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent visit to Boston and the Courtyard at North Station. It was our pleasure to host you and your family. It's obviously very difficult for us to read when a guest has had anything but a perfect stay. It is certainly unfortunate that in order to remain a safe environment for our guests we have needed to adapt to many differences in post pandemic practices, however we are offering all guests a choice of daily housekeeping service upon check in. We are happy to offer full, partial or no service depending on your preference, perhaps this was not communicated correctly to you at check in for which we apologize. You noted there was no buffet breakfast, you will find that when staying in a Courtyard there is never a breakfast buffet offered in our Bistro, instead we offer a wide selection of made to order, a la carte dishes ranging from cooked dishes such as eggs your way, to pancakes, French toast, omelets, frittatas, breakfast sandwiches and a full continental breakfast offering, our apologies if these options were not your preference. Additionally due to the ease, convenience and low cost of public transportation or taxis and ride share, most downtown hotels no longer offer airport shuttles, however we can certainly assist you in booking one should you need it.

My husband, 3 children, and I stayed here for a weekend getaway to Boston. Our room was large enough to accomodate our family of 5. We had the best view of The Garden and Zakim Bridge. The hotel is within walking distance to North End and Quincy Market. We were worried about Covid-19 and how that would impact traveling but the hotel was extremely clean. Our temperatures were checked upon check in and you had to have a room key to enter into the hotel. Hotel staff do not enter rooms to clean but anything we needed was brought up quickly. A huge shout out to Carly at the front desk. She was so wonderful and helpful to us on Sunday night. From forgetting our room key, to needing towels, and toilet paper. She was amazing, so helpful, and never made us feel like we were bothering her. It was nice to be greeted by a sincerely friendly voice when you've made your 4th call asking for something!

This hotel is comfortable, clean and adequately priced. This was our second stay here and we'll probably stay again the next time we're in Boston. The rooms are a good size, beds are comfortable, bathroom clean. When we needed towels they brought them right up to the room. They did not have daily service to the room unless requested. I think many places are doing this right now...but it's nice to have the option and not have to clean a room ourselves or go to the lobby anytime we needed towels or toilet paper, etc. The lobby has starbucks coffee and breakfast items in the morning and in the evening it doubles as a bar. There was always a few employees at the front desk and around the lobby to help with anything. We valet parked our car and it was expensive but compares to many other garages in the city and cambridge. $53 per night. They gave us a ticket and when we needed our car, we just text the number beforehand and got a reply with estimated time the car would be ready. Usually 15 minutes in our case.
Overall we had a great stay. My expectations are realistic and this place is right on point.

Thank you for your kind review of your recent stay with us. We are delighted that your stay was comfortable and you found our spacious, modern rooms in keeping with your needs for your time in Boston. Thank you for your understanding with regard to Housekeeping, our hotel took the stance that we wanted to be respectful of peoples concerns over staff members entering their rooms which is why we offered service by request. We have noticed that guests seem more at ease now and daily housekeeping service has resumed, we now just ask guests to let us know when they do not wish to have the room serviced. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting many future stays for you.

Staff is extremely smart and handles details well, especially Khara at the desk, who fixed a valet parking snag, and Jemiah (sp?) at the Starbucks who made our coffee orders perfectly. The studio one bedroom gave 4 adults plenty of space with the couch and chair sitting area. The kitchenette was also useful with an extra sink. We loved the view of the Bunker Hill bridge. This hotel is very close to the T stop and a food hall and the stop for the Old Town Trolley, as well as the delightful Italian food in the North End.

The North Station Courtyard Team was consistently professional & customer service forward. From the courteous valets to the welcoming and knowledgeable reception/front desk, from housekeeping’s timely service to the Bistro team’s warm attention and expeditious service.
They made us feel like family and went out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable and enjoyed our visit. Not only are they an asset to Marriott but what great representatives of Boston!

We’re a family of 4 and could not have asked for better accommodations. We stayed 4 nights/5 days. Location is 2 min walk to T station, local restaurants and waterfront and a 7 min walk to Little Italy where delicious pastries and fine wine awaited.

The lounge area was a wonderful space to relax and chill, catch the game, play cards and have a beverage/snack. It was particularly nice since the weather was rainy and we could hang out until skies cleared.

The team greeted us as we left and upon our return each day/evening. Our rooms were spacious, designed for comfort and appointed well. Our view was the bridge and it was spectacular. Our rooms were quiet, bathrooms were huge, water pressure strong, shower space ample with nice toiletries.

Marriott should be commended for encouraging guests to serious think “green”. Thank you for being conscious and offering options that allow your guests to have choices.

We absolutely recommend this Courtyard and look forward to our next stay!

Boston hotels can vary crazily in prices. If you can snag this hotel for under $250, this is a very good deal. We had an extra large room with direct view of the Zakim bridge. The windows are huge and the views can be great. The location is ideal for anyone who uses North Station or going to TD (plus a Tasty Burger nearby!). We also enjoyed the wharf and Nightshift brewing, which is just a couple steps away. In a city with old miniature hotel rooms, this hotel stands out as roomy, clean, and modern.

I've had the privilege to travel the world, and the opportunity to experience a wide range of accommodations, from low cost to 5 star. No matter where you stay, its the people and the property condition, in that order, that make the stay. Any reliable review should allow that there is always something that could be done better.

This hotel is 5 years old, but appears brand new in every respect, in public areas and most notably inside the room itself. A testament to the housekeeping staff and the fine work they do that no one else cares to in the United States, (unless you have no choice or are from another country!)

Reception staff are all engaging, positive and helpful, to a fault. Case in point. My stay was for my 30th wedding anniversary. I planned everything, or so I thought. I set up a food and beverage celebration in my room fro my wife. Much to my chagrin, I forgot the champagne in the car parked 1/2 mile away. Without asking, Mostafa Agha, in reception, after learning of the crisis, with no liquor store in sight, actually went to the bar inventory and delivered a bottle of champagne on ice to my room compliments of the house!!! I was almost speechless to tears!

Granted the hotel is expensive, and the cost of the champagne could be absorbed - but it's a luxury hotel in the heart of Boston, a major city, and its rates are consistent with similar hotels. So what made this a five star hotel? The people and the commitment they have to ensure every guest experience is the best possible, as was mine. Rest assured yours will be as well!!!
