Overview of San Marcos High School

San Marcos High School encourages parent engagement through fundraising and volunteering opportunities, conferences and social events. The school also offers parent workshops, the English Learner Advisory Committee and a parent-teacher organization to foster healthy communication between students and parents. Students at San Marcos High School can participate in the Air Force Junior ROTC, and use the college and career center to search for internships, scholarships and jobs. More than a dozen Advanced Placement courses are offered at San Marcos High.
