Went in today with the intention of buying either a bag, belt or some jewellery. Was welcomed in fine, temperature checked sanitised etc then literally followed around by a sales man. Everywhere I went he was there creeping up behind me watching me. In the end I asked him " are you following me?" He said yes in case I want to look at something. We left straight away as this was not a nice experience or atmosphere. I'd rather buy online than be made to feel as though I'm a shoplifter. Not a nice experience at all

Great store to visit and the people there are exceptionally kind. They even follow up on you by WhatsApp in case of questions or suggestions.

Okay. Service has been correct, in the usual Gucci line with shop assistants following you to see if you need anything
