Want to plan a morning dip in the hotspring at Beitou on my march trip. Can anyone help to suggest where or which place is good and cheap. Just 2hrs with hotspring dip and bathing facilities after dip. Thank you in advance.

Hi I'm looking at hot spring at Beitou too for my March trip with hubby. Can you advise for Spa Spring Resort's indoor private hotspring, advance reservation needed, how long? Or can just walk-in? Male & female can be together right? Do they provide bathroom for us to clean ourselves after the session, is it free? How to go Ximending by Mrt from there?
I think Indoor private room is segregated. Private room is Private - if two people then it costs more. The list posted above is pretty clear.
Normally when the charge per person, then it is public sharing.

It is best to call them up or email them to make reservation if you are going during weekend. The price given was updated during my trip in year 2012 (I call up one by one to check on the price). Sometime the resorts have hotspring package together with stay and meal. You may also check on their website for more details.
How to go beitou hotspring from ximending?
ans : 西門站 Ximen (Green) → 台北車站 Taipei Main Station(Blue) →淡水站Danshui Station (Red) →新北投站 Xinbeitou Line Station (Pink)
You may also vist the Hotspring Museum(北投溫泉博物館) and Geothermal Valley(地熱谷). Try not to go on Monday as the museum and library are closed.
What is the email address for spa spring resort? Can't find in their website.
Another choice is Jinsan hot spring, on the north side of Yangminsan

There are more choices. There are outdoor hot spring with sea view(you don't need to wear suit) and mountain view.
