Installed rear tires wrong at first, had to wait an extra day for them to be able to get the truck back on the lift to flip them around. Then went to pick truck up and the battery was stone dead. Truck has a slight vibration driveing now. Not happy with Service, won't return

oil change was fine but the last 15 oil changes the tech has had issues putting on the lower splash cover. Each time its been worse. This time only 5 screws out of 9 replaced. $ on the same side came out. Cover was dragging the ground after 2 hours of driving.

Bret in Service is very professional, he kept us in a 'loaner" car for the entire 5 weeks it took to do the vehicle. The work was done in a timely manner once the parts arrived in the shop. We were continually updated on the status of the parts and the work in process.

Misdiagnosed vibration at 45 mph. Was advised to spend $3,000 on new tires. I requested numerous times for technician to use chassis ears to locate vibration. Service manager was not having it and I was told they did not have an open lift. As if they couldn't take in a vehicle off the lift and put mine on it in 15 minutes. They refuse to listen to me . So I went home took my race car off the lift put my truck up set the cruise at 45 miles an hour and put my chassis ears to work after approximately 14 to 15 seconds I diagnosed the noise/vibration coming from my drive shaft. I pulled the shaft took it to my drive shaft guy he spun it and indeed it was out of balance. Not a had fix if you actually exert some effort but what do I know I've only spent 1.2 million dollars on new and used Ford trucks in the last 30 years.... So I went home put my truck on my lift myself
