Good morning North Country. Today is Tuesday, May 28th, it is an M day.


Announcements:

Drama Company proudly presents "I See Her Everywhere" written and directed by senior co-captain, Morgan Dunn! Come support these amazing actors in their final production of the year this Wednesday, May 29th @ 7pm in the auditorium. Admission is by donation and all proceeds will support the Performing Arts NYC Trip!


North Country's HTAP group is holding its final bake sale during PODs and Flex Blocks on Thursday and Friday.  We will have a Dollar Cart going around to classrooms.  Please help support our final fundraiser for Umbrella while enjoying some yummy snacks!


In Sports:

Varsity Baseball (8-4) picked up a 4-0 shutout win over Hazen on Senior Day.  Dakoda Clark went 2-for-3, Joe LeBlanc 1-for-2 Triple.  Trent Elie pitched well and got the win in relief. Varsity Baseball will host Randolph on today at 4:30pm.


Varsity Softball (6-8) won their third game in a row with a 15-1 win at Lake Region on Saturday. Ally Lapierre was 2-for-4 with a triple and 3 RBI’s, Abby Bathalon 1-for-2 with a double and 3 RBI’s, Tyra Scelza 2-for-4.  Varsity Softball will host Randolph on today at 4:30pm (Senior Day). 


Track and Field competed at the Essex Invitational on Saturday.  This meet features schools from all 4 divisions and is an extremely competitive meet.  Top 6 in each event qualify for the New England Track and Field Championships to be held on Sat 6/8 at UNH.  For a complete list of results go to athletic.net.
