<p>Linda Kay Griffith (Vanderluit) passed away on March 10, 2024, surrounded by her family. Linda was born on September 22, 1960 to Harold and Dorothy (Citrone) Vanderluit. She graduated from Clay High School and went on to attend Bowling Green University, where she received her bachelor’s degree. She worked as the Human Resources Manager at Davis-Besse, where she retired after over thirty years of service. Her work friends were near and dear to her, and she cherished those friendships dearly.</p><p><br></p><p>Linda is survived by her husband, Dave Griffith; her sons, Dan (Candace) Griffith and John Griffith; and her daughter, Lisa (Brody) Donald. She will be missed by her four beloved grandchildren, Lyla, Logan, Lexi, and Brody. She is also survived by her sister Sue (Joe) Gomez and her brother Scott Vanderluit, as well as her brothers-in-law and their spouses Jeffrey Griffith (Tina), Don Griffith (Jan), and Jim Griffith. Linda thrived in her role as an aunt to two generations of nieces and nephews. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, her mother and father-in-law.</p><p><br></p><p>Linda was married to the love of her life, Dave Griffith, for thirty-nine happy years. Together, they built a life centered around their children and grandchildren. Linda enjoyed traveling, spending time with Dave at their woods, scrapbooking, reading, and getting together with friends. Above all else, she enjoyed being a grandmother. Linda’s favorite pastime was being surrounded by her family and taking care of those she loved. She was an avid baker and phenomenal cook who always loved to try new recipes to share.</p><p><br></p><p>Linda was a one-of-a-kind social butterfly who always brought everyone together. Her pride in others set her apart. She was her kids’ biggest fan, often boasting about their successes to whomever would listen. Her family and friends will miss her tremendously.</p><p><br></p><p>Visitation will be held on Monday, March 18 from 2-8pm and on Tuesday from 2:00 pm until the time of funeral services at 4:00 pm at Eggleston Meinert &amp; Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon, Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Linda’s memory are asked to consider St. Jude’s Children Hospital.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
