Dinner was fabulous and the service was attentive. Highly recommend the Cesar salad, ribeye, mashed potatoes, and creamed spinach. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Northampton!

The food was delicious (as usual). This is our favorite spot to dine at in Northampton. Cocktails are delicious and the service is outstanding every time. Kudos to our server who was not only serving all tables in the restaurant, but bartending too, all in a timely fashion.

We went to Caminito’s to celebrate my father’s bday and my sister’s bday. We had a fabulous time. The food was excellent from start to finish! Our server Kevin went above and beyond to make our night special, and the owner, Sam, checked in on us multiple times and made us feel very welcome. We will DEFINITELY be going back!

Service was slow and we had to send back 2 dishes that were basically cold. For a steakhouse, the quality of the meats was just so-so and the presentations were not great. Had to ask for our caesar salads to be dressed! Our waiter was very good, but had too many tables to wait on and was very rushed.

If I were to come back here, it would be because the service was second to none. The food, however, was a different story. Server sold us on a dry aged Porterhouse, of which supposedly there were not many left. We jumped at the chance, asking for it medium rare. When the steak arrived the outside was charred black and the inside was-not kidding-refrigerator cold. This was a very expensive cut of meat in the hands someone wholly incapable. Also, but not that big of a deal, they don't bring the steak out pre-cut. Strange when you're ordering "steak for two." I think I would give this place another chance but the first impression was no good at all. Cocktails are decent.

Incredible steaks, artichokes, sauces and drinks! The lava cake was amazing along with the blood orange vermouth! Ben was the bomb great friendly service! We love the ambiance inside the bar is gorgeous great art on the walls.

We dined at the bar & everyone was happy w/ their apps & dinners. The dry-aged ribeye was perfectly cooked & I highly recommend the lemon risotto... Awesome date night! 😊

First time here. took senior parents for moms bday. food was great but service better, our waiter was awesome, great listener and accomadating to our needs due to some diet restrictions. the highlight actually came from a poorly cooked sirloin for my wife, the manager came over helped her order a better steak option for what she wanted and even topped off our wine for the inconvenience. 100% would recommend.

Great food, a little noisy but nice ambiance. Was our first time there. Need to light up their sign so it can be seen as we drive by it the first time and had to go around.

Appetizers (cheese board and shrimp skewers) were really good! Entrees were even better! Great quality steak, friendly staff, a little noisy around 6:30pm but overall great place!!

An absolutely perfect steak - I ordered the ribeye and it was cooked spot-on medium-rare as requested, seared to perfection, with an exceptional char on the outside. It was a nice thick steak accompanied by dazzling garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli that was still crisp and smoky from the fire. My wife ordered the filet mignon and it was so tender, it melted in your mouth. The best part? We both had leftovers for later! Also, the service was prompt and friendly, the atmosphere cozy. A great date night spot. If you’re craving a steak, go to Caminito! You won’t be disappointed.

We’ve dined at Caminito several times. Indoor seating is tight so this time all we could get was an outside “igloo,” essentially a zip-up plastic covered enclosure with a small electric heater. This worked ok - once we got over the smell of the plastic-but wasn’t ideal as the person closest to the zip up door, which happened to be me, had to pass plates and drinks to the other diners as well as buss plates, glasses and silverware at the end of the meal- all this for $5 extra per person, or $15 for our table. I didn’t appreciate paying extra for a compromised dining experience. We all had ribeye steaks- I would have had filet but they were out of it, along with our first choice of wine. My steak was tasty and well prepared, with a delicious sauce, but my companions didn’t fare as well - their cuts had too much fat and gristle. For $40 a plate, they should have been better. Service was ok - waiter was friendly but we waited a long time to be served, restaurant was fairly busy. We’ll eat at Caminitos again because it is the best steakhouse in Northampton- but it needs to up its game on service if it wants to charge premium prices. And please, no more upcharge for the plastic pod experience.

No fault to our waiter, who was very nice and knowledgeable, but it took a really long time to receive everything from our drinks to our salads, to our main courses and to our dessert. Must have been understaffed. Seated at 6 and did not leave until a little before 9. Dessert, while delicious, was tiny. Found the Caesar dressing not typical in that it was thin and oily. Main courses were quite good though. Rib Eye, 2 Filets, and one Steak on skewers. I have recommended Caminito to others in the past but based on our experience on Saturday night I am hesitant to do so again. Probably will give it another chance at some point in the future though.

Sadly this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I went to celebrate a special occasion and it was a disaster. Reservation was lost, staff were not kind, vegetables were cold and one steak was burned. The other steak was inedible, full of fat and chewy. It wasn't even worth making a complaint to the staff because they were not attentive. We paid $130 for two meals. I won't return and will not recommend. To note I've eaten here many years ago which is why I chose it as the place to celebrate a special occasion.

Food, beverages, and service were all outstanding. Not having experience with dry aged steaks, our server was knowledgeable and explained, and made excellent recommendations for food and beer. Will definitely be returning!

Had a wonderful experience for dinner. Drinks were great. Apps were delicious. Steaks were amazing. Everything was as expected. Waiter knew the menu and helped us with the wine list. Bourbon selections were very good. Will go back again.

Food was delicious and service was great. The filet mignon was tasty and well cooked. The pork belly was slightly too fatty for me but very rich in flavor. Only minor issue - we were seated right in front of the wall heater and the hot air kept blowing on our faces. It was quickly corrected by our waiter.

Small, locally owned restaurant with fantastic “special night out” feel. Friendly, welcoming, efficient staff who seem to work like a well oiled machine. The food? Outstanding! We have never had a bad meal here, or even an average meal. Whether you’re eating one of their amazing cuts of beef with one of the mouthwatering sauces or one of nightly specials, you won’t be disappointed. Eat at the bar and have a great conversation with Samantha or at a cozy table and enjoy the superb experience with your own party. Caminito Steakhouse is a gem.

Service was excellent. The menu was limited. The special appetizer was delicious. The special cocktail was delicious yet very small. The wine serving was also very small. The special rib eye bone in was a big disappointment. The aged beef was unpleasant. Very fatty, chewy, and not very flavorful, yet very expensive.

We enjoyed our meal, but were not completely thrilled. Our Caesar Salad was swimming in oil, which was unpleasant. The cauliflower main course was quite substantial, but way too salty, especially the spinach and mushrooms. For the price, I'm not too sure I'd recommend this place.

We booked a reservation for 4:15. The restaurant opened at 4 so we were the first customers to be served. The waiter Kevin was very polite and courteous. He was very informative about the menu and made good suggestions for our meals. After waiting for what we ordered, the food came not being hot or even close to that term after being the first orders. It was very disappointing for this being our time to this restaurant. It's obvious that it was our first and last. The first impression is what always counts for customers and this one wasn't anything pleasant.
